You used math to show two wire but not 3 wire. Could u do a vid with math for 3 wire so we can actually see its better
I think you should use numbers to see that this only works if the fraction of resistors on the left side is one over one(same resistor top and bottom) not some other fraction like one over two e.t.c Because you can have a balanced bridge (the same fraction on both sides say 1/2 ) And get there with the variable resistor but it will be wrong. E.g with 10/20 resistors on left side i pretended to have 10 ohm resistive legs for sensor but with a 90 ohm sensor. That meant to variable resistor would stop at 40 as (40+10=50) top resistor and (90+10=100) bottom resistor giving a balanced bridge 1/2=50/100 but when we take to 40 we are yetting on variable and try to work out the sensor restance as we dont know we get 80 and not the desired 90 that it is.
