I used to relax my hair every 2 to 3 months but deeply i knew my hair did not need to be relaxed. My mom will always say why did you relax your hair? You have beautiful curls. Anyways, my son's teacher got me into being natural. I said to her no way I can be natural, she said yes you can, your hair texture doesn't need it and with the right hair products your hair will look full and healthier. I learn about my hair and products and never relax it ever again. It's been 8 years now and I absolutely love my natural hair. I can go curly , straight, dye it, things you can't do with relaxed hair.
