Domanda da neofita... perchè quasi tutti usano preamp prima degli amplificatori? E dove si crea il suono sul preamp o sull' amp? Avendo tutte le regolazioni doppie non si crea confuzione? Grazie

Spector tutta la vita...Ho avuto Warwick...e non sono più fabbricati come un tempo...Ovvio che sto parlando di bassi neck-thru....

While I like the focused, darker tone of the Spector, the Warwick has a richer sound to my ears. The burble and growl of the Streamer is awesome, but it's difficult to say which one would sound better in a mix. Solo, I'm grabbing the Warwick.

lo SPECTOR è quello nero di DESTRA?....... per noi poco esperti non si capisce quale è un basso e quale l'altro...... alla fine riguardando il video piu volte ho notato che nell'inquadratura iniziale lo spector (tenuto a sinistra) ha gli inserti sulla tastiera... quindi è quello nero che viene suonato a destra...... mentre nel titolo l'ordine è opposto ....

That stock pu is rubbish; good for a door-stop or a paper weight, maybe. The DiMarzio is interesting in its versatility and clarity but I'd like to hear the Artec paired with something gutsy, dropped into an EB3 - Jack Bruce on steroids, I shouldn't wonder! I'm not a fan of the stock bridge so was interested to hear your remarks about the replacement. Looking forward to the last mod to see how it improves the neck dive. I have a Guild B301F with similar issues. Thanks for the comparisons; very interesting conclusions.

By chance does the finish have any gloss to it? I’ve had an Ibanez SRH500 that would make mini indentions incredibly easy and I can’t tell if this is similar or not but it looks killer.

Warwick is more killer deep nice lows the other has more armonics prescence spector is more like heavy metal but Warwick is more rock

The spector grate!!!

Mids are way too scooped and lows too boosted in these demos. I own both, and love each for their own voicing. As an owner, I'd say the Spector is punchier but more hi fi sounding and the string spacing tighter, while I prefer the feel and string spacing on my Warwick and the classic Warwick "growl".

Funny I found this, Spector & Warwick are tie for my #1 favorite bass brand. In this video Spector may have better high-end, but Warwick has much better warmth & natural sound to it. Hhmmm, I'll call it a draw. These 2 are better than any other bass brands out there in my opinion
