Having trouble with 1 similar to this carb was pissing fuel out the float chamber brought a new carb took me forever to start it and it just bogs and doesnt idle any 1 with some good trouble starting info i would appreciate

That is the idle screw =speed of the engine when not giving throttle, not reletated to air fuel ratio/ or oil in 2 cycle engine so not smoke relevant. 4 cycle engines work different
