I've got a 2006 GMC Sierra 2500HD 4X4 LBZ code Duramax that I have owned since 2010. Things I have replaced besides batteries and Tires, Transmission cooler lines, known issue they leak, Alternator, Thermostats, 1 of the high pressure lines for the brake boost. Granted it doesn't get driven a lot, still only got a little over 165,000 miles on it. Best truck I have owned gets 20MPG on highway unladen. MODS: Kennedy airbox mod, Fass 165 titanium lift pump, PPE Tuner, PPE Tie rod bolters, Fuel filter conversion for original fuel filter have an adapter to use the cheaper CAT filters so It has double filtration. 3 inch rough country lift, Atturo Blade XT hybrid AT/MT 33X12.5X20 tires on 20X10 Vision Rims, Original fuel tank replaced with an S&B 62 gallon tank. MBRP 4 inch straight pipe exhaust with y splitter in bed 4 inch dual stacks. Truck has never left me stranded and It has been to Arizona, Maine, Tennessee and Michigan. Yeah parts in the drivetrain will wear over time but I don't have to put DEF garbage in it and looking at the price of Diesel Trucks Its easier to fix any or replace parts than to have a 700.00 a month truck payment, My buddy is a Master certified Diesel Mechanic, he works on big trucks 18 wheelers and showed me what DEF can do clogging your exhaust. They got the newer diesels so choked with emission crap it's ridiculous,

Wished I would've seen this video before I got my fwd F150. I had plenty of problems on slick boat ramps. I always have to nudge my trailer with my boat to get out the water.

I live in Oklahoma. It gets really hot. I couldn't imagine a camper without climate control. That would be my only draw back on it

I've been to Puerto Vallarta 3 times & stayed at 3 different all inclusive. They were all good never stayed at Occidental chain. Sorry to hear u were disappointed with the food..it's important to have good food & more restaurants than 3!

Our Outdoors 24 RKS had many problems after we go it home from the dealer. 1 The electric water heater didn't work because the power wire was cut during construction. we had to fish a new one in 2 The rock guard in the wheel well was bent up and loose and hanging down almost hitting the tire. I saw this at the dealership and fixed it at home. 3 The shower glass wall leaked 4 The slide is not square so 1 bottom corner doesn't close tight . It Has a 3/8'' bigger gap then the other 3 corners so the seal is almost not touching. Nothing we can do. 5 The slide hit the plastic mud flap when retracted and needed trimming of about 2" 6 The awning squeals really bad when retracting 7 There are staples under the rubber roof that are not flush with the wood so they stick up like little bumps 8 The plywood under the bed wasn't glued and stapled properly and so the bed squeaks when you move at night 9 The black plastic trim at the bottom of the doors outside has cracks because of over tightening the screws that hold it on 10 The AC unit didn't flow air well, I found the outlet connections inside the unit were almost crushed shut during construction 11 The refrigerator was not level with the rest of the trailer so if you opened the door and let go of it, it would swing around and hit the wall. There are some other minor things to but this just shows no manufacture is perfect. After fixing what could be fixed we like the unit.

Just watched this video last week. I just picked up a 21 3500. When I went to adjust the bottom mirrors I remembered what you said. At first they didn’t wanna really adjust. But I got out and pushed on the bottom and pulled on the top kinda pinching the mirror to adjust. I got a lot more movement from the mirror doing it that way rather than just pushing on the top or bottom. I hope this helps.

I just got a 2022 at4 1500 with the 6.2L, and i tow a travel trailer bumper pull that is about 6500 lbs with a distribution hitch. my only issue with the truck is the suspension is very "squishy" and my steering feels really loos. other than that, i'm able to go normal speeds and it does really well. I was told to install better shocks and airbags to help with the "loose steering" and squishy bounce. thoughts?

Bought my 2007 Classic (LBZ) new. It now has 400,000 miles with no major issues. It was paid off 13 years ago, and it still runs great. I think I'll keep it a while longer.

I have had 3 LANCE campers, loved them all, still have my 2018 Model 1985, However, I would NEVER buy one since REV has bought the company. They are now just everyday overpriced mediocre garbage. Buy a LANCE pre REV. A perfect example in this video is cheap plastic front window they now use. Mine is automotive glass. I tore out the couch bed and made an office in its space and put the bed in the slide.

This is an older video but as far as the maps go on your phone. You can download google maps to where they can work off line. Just did a trip in Colorado and the downloaded maps worked great. I downloaded several maps that basically covered the whole state.
