The coils on FW are awful compared to ZD.

Amother skill i recommend getting as early as possible is the chain assassinate, if your being stealthy its very helpful for taking out up to 3 enemies at once

Complete Inari Shrine on act 1 until you acquire the Charm of Inari's might which gives health and melee damage. Completing all inari shrine including act 3 will upgrade Charm of Inari's might to massive health and melee damage boost.

What I did was just rush and get all the bamboo strike and hot springs.

I know I'm a bit late, but I still prefer the Nora Thunder Warrior for a low health playstyle. I just use 2 low health ranged coils since I really like the low health regen over the low health valor being maxed out. The shortened regen time is just too good for me, especially when getting perma stunned by a group of machines, and I only ever use cleanse potions in combat, which I can just pop smoke if I need that.

Protip for PC players: if you can't remember what the default keymaps were for, they're the keys for cycling your toolkit left and right, and using medicinal berries. Excellent video, as always. Thanks so much for making these!

I was getting vicariously frustrated at some of those shock arrows shot at the little drones in the last fight.

The short bow is particularly broken on Lethal difficulty (which is kind of weirdly balanced in general). When upgraded it one-shot kills like half of the enemy types with body shots (and I think the heavy bow 1-shot kills *everything*). Of course, killing enemies that way is pretty boring so I only do it when an encounter looks like it might be difficult without thinning out the enemies.

Hello i brought this game yesterday on steam and i watched and learn so mush on you

Is the blast not much stronger and variable based on the amount of damage you cause by impact while building up the bar for plasma? i I thought that was the limit, but its more multiplier and not a capped damage amount in the resulting blast.

Excellent guide, many thanks. Assuming you don't use the Arena duplication glitch to get extra coils, how many playthroughs do you need to do to get all the elite crit coils? Also, for the Vanquisher, I found that yanking the stamina weave off the Nora Thunder Warrior got me all the stamina I needed; the other weave is a low health regen weave for faster regen. I find with that setup I never really run out of stamina (I might once I get to playing on UH, I guess?), and once I hit the 200HP threshold and the regen kicks in I become nigh-unkillable. The Defy Death valor surge is pretty excellent; almost as good a boost as Ranged Master, plus some other perks. Thanks again for the tips! I'm on my second playthrough and still loving every minute of it.

LEGO Horizon would be pretty fun. i think i'd be interested .. there are some other LEGO games that can be enjoyed by all ages. HZD remaster would be awesome.. they really need to bring the 2017 game up for ps5 and apart from the game. its the FMVs and the interactions with npcs where its presently laughable with stiffs who shrug their shoulders and apart from the main characters, much of the voice acting is laughable .. Oserams from the Bronx etc lol

My biggest challenge is the fact that most fights isnt just 1-3 machines 😅😅 Most things to trap machines dont last long enough to focus on other machines, rather long enough to attack with a delayed method like a sticky or a detonating spike

As a guy who Platinum’d this game and replayed it way too many times out of boredom: Here’s some mistakes I did that I hope some people out there did as well lol 1. Don’t forget - you’re breaking your code. I always go in fights and YOLO everytime, and always forget I’m the Ghost with Kunais and WOTF. In most of my playthroughs, I rarely used my utilities, I don’t even use my bow. 2. Fully upgrading your tanto - Might as well save those extra resources for your katana rather than making your Tanto level 3. 3. Resolve’s More Important - unless you’re playing easy or medium diff; resolve’s going to help you more in harder difficulties. You can have max health in Hard or Lethal and you’ll die if you get hit 3 to 4 times. In my first playthrough(Hard), I deeply regret fighting Temuge with 5 resolve with the max health you can get in that act. I died so much in that fight. 4. Mizu No Kami charm. No explanation needed. Unless you’re good af. Played my whole first playthrough without even knowing this charm existed. Saved me a bunch when going for platinum.

Ultra hard from scratch is a waste of time?pffft weak

3:40 running + 4 traps and still they dont attack (my max trap is 2 without running if lucky 3 but most of the time 2 )

What I enjoy about the bolt blaster is it is a more mobile Ravager cannon when you use sustained fire. That was my favorite machine weapon from HZD.
