Pizzelle Party!
Today, my nieces Sophie and Rosie join me in the kitchen to make delicious Italian pizzelles! These lovely girls are visiting us in the United States all the way from the United Kingdom, and it's such a joy to have them cooking, laughing, and having a great time together.
In this video, we'll show you just how easy it is to make these crispy, sweet, and traditional Italian cookies. Sophie and Rosie are fantastic little chefs, and their enthusiasm is absolutely contagious!

Ingredients:
-6 Eggs
-4 Cups Flour
-1 & 1/2 Cups Sugar
-2 Sticks Melted Butter, Cooled
-4 Teaspoons Baking Powder
-2 Teaspoons Vanilla
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix together all the butter (melted) and sugar
2. Add the eggs in one at a time, mixing in between
3. Add the vanilla, mix
4. In a second bowl, mix the flour and baking powder
5. Add one cup of the flour/baking powder to the butter, mixing between each cup
6. After everything is incorporated, shape the dough into little balls (around 1 tablespoon in size)
7. Cook them with a Pizzelle maker for around one minute
8. Enjoy!

@@viodd4936 on this particular potato balls, we do not put sugar. They are cooked to be served with a side of meat and vegetables. It is delicious though, and Romania I know they can make the potato balls and use sugar and sauté Panko
