Solving resistor networks with Kirchhoff laws
zhlédnutí 12KPřed 11 lety
For more information, visit www.resistorguide.com/kirchhoff-law/ Kirchhoff's laws are essential for network theory. In this video you learn the principle of the First Kirchhoff Law, the Second Kirchhoff Law, and how you can use them to solve a more complex network.
Resistor Color Code

For more information, visit www.resistorguide.com/resistor-color-code/ In this video you will learn how to read the resistor color code by using the color code chart. With practical examples of 4-band, 5-band and 6-band resistors you will get a quick understanding. Practically all leaded resistors with a power rating up to one watt are marked with color bands. The coding is defined in the inter...
The smd resistors can be calibrated, but must not be removed. Power banks calibrate the 200 and 000 types. The trick is solar charging or and car charger (5.8v). The calibrating may take for weeks. Doing this, a car user can benefit using a power bank, while others will not be able to use it with higher capacity and faster charging. Calibrating to5.8 v will be better at 5.0 v as well, and the supported best charger is Samsung or Apple.
Thank you EEPower and Mike , this is fantastic software.
So amazing
Mike is just such a cool guy :)
It's an L.E.D not an L.I.D
Outstanding explanation of the challenges and innovations in power system architectures.
Wide Band Gap semiconductors are transforming the solar and energy storage landscape.
This was absolutely fascinating to me. I'd been thinking along these lines for a long time but only occasionally. My simple mind contemplated fixing a spring between a sail and the ground. Later I began thinking how a tree could be used as the sail. The Sycamore Gap disaster showed that the infrastructure would need protection!
SMD PTC A How to find out plz sir
am from Uganda . thank you for this site. good and easy to understand.

Excellent video! Thank you so much!
Nice video shot, thanks for sharing it with us, well done :)
So a resistor lowers current, NOT voltage?
010 direnç nedir ?
Thanks
"SMD" LOL.
so how do you do it when R2 cones BEFORE R1 in the circuit!?!?
What is a resistor?, very good.We are china resistor driecty factory but we can't use video explan it so good.

ድንቅ ነው። ተባረክልኝ። Can we also say a step down transformer?
Great lesson ❤
Resistance can narrow the flow to the smallest quantum input but then why don't we increase the resistance to perceive beats for a pitch oscillator the less you resist more lower energy is perceived how can they both be Quantum they vary approach
thank you so much! loved the example with the light - made me understand why its important to have a resistor
Just what I basically needed
4digit resister390e
The amps dont burn up the LED the volts only.
Nice bro
Thank you very much that was very grateful short video basic knowledge
So 103 and 1002 basically same, right?
very good video nice 5 star

I'm glad you explained how resistance affects the "LID" ;)
El.eye.Dee 😂
Thanks for the video. I need to change a smd resistor, code R050, is 0,05 ohm.
Thank you for this video, i gained lot of information about resistors which I could also share to my students

really great tutorial, but the "3th" in that image bothers me more than it should.

So resistor lowers the current and the voltage or only current??
Nice info, thanks for sharing :)
Great video. Thank you
whats up with that colored code resistor ? does that thing actually physically change colors with different voltages applied to it ?
So does the resistor change its Ohms if connected to something else ? Like, using that same as in the LED example, with another 45mA LED, will that same resistor switch to 200 Om ? Or is that value a constant depending on what ? The material that resistor is built with ? Can that same transistor be used for some high voltage stuff like city electrical connections with 1.000.000 V ? If no why not ?
Why doesn't the resistor burn up or atleast get hot?
It does. But when the resistors limits are exceeded
Led
1A = 1000mA . so 3mA = 0.003A then R = 9v/0.003A = 3000 ohms = 3 megaohms not 300 ohms
