    Hi Sir my workspace is messed up a lot and I have now got a lot pains due to this so I am not able to think what is best for me I am 5 10 or 5 11 max I ordered a table with keyboard tray at 26 inch height from ground could you please tell is it okay or too low? As I like to keep my legs on floor not on any rest It would be great if you reply thanks

      Hi Maddy, I think your options at that point are pretty limited. You might want to think about buying a new chair or new desk, which ever makes more sense to get your body positioning right.

    It's Terri Curtier, an old patient. I have a partial tear of my supraspinatus in my R shoulder, so like the patient you mentioned in your video, I too had issues with my shoulder being in pain when typing on my LT. I came up with 2 solutions. I raise myself in the chair by using seat chair pads so my elbow is at 90 degrees to the table/desk. If I am on the LT for a longer period of time, I bought an external keyboard, which I put on a breakfast-in-bed tray (legs folded), in my lap. That provides additional relief since my arm/shoulder are hanging at my side. Both have served me well in keeping the shoulder pain at bay when using my LT. The external keyboard on the breakfast-in-bed tray is similar to your keyboard/monitor suggestion in the video.
