Yeah, novablast 4 is the perfect blend.. the superblast is better but the damn price is too damn high. I learned to buy the TR versions cause it tends to last longer with me and the colorway is hell of a lot better. A littlr weight as sacrifice doesnt hurt.

Old but gold

Having tried the GTS and the regular version, the GTS side rails where putting uncomfortable pressure on the sides of my feet. I noticed with the regular glycerine that I am not as stable causing pronation problems. I have the adrenaline gts 23 and the rails aren’t noticeable. It’s a good shoe but the cushioning isn’t enough for me. I might still return the glycerine model and go to the Hoka gaviota model.
