why don't i see the metalicness?
@@DrevadaOfficial If you are in certain Blender 4.0 versions, it has been moved into dropdown on the new principled bsdf node (you may have to expand it). If you share a screnshot I can point you in the right direction.
The way you look at the camera Right in the eyes👀 Love it! Thank you for the amazing tutorial really helped a lot
so easy to understand
I was completely bamboozled by this. I feel I know less now.
bubble bubble blub blub
Thank you for showing us how this is done. I really appericate the tutorial. keep it up.
11:59 - `Ctrl + F2` to "Batch rename..." is your friend (if you have a lot of shapes to rename).
ASMR, Blender edition. 🙃
I have a question i don't know if you're going to be able to respond, imagine that I don't import the usd file into unreal and I get the file by path like I get it with a url path, can i still have collisions ? Note that I aint importing the file to my unreal project, I'm putting the name as "UCX_" but still I don't have collisions. Also I know you're working with fbx file, but I was wondering if you could help me anyways. Hope you can help me mate !
@@perez4506 I have not tried .USD but you can also manually add simple collision inside of UE if the .USD format is not cooperating
@@cgkrab I can if I import the .USD, if I don't import the .USD I have to find a way to "go around" of the problem, right ? Because if you don't import the .USD into UE you dont have a static mesh. But try to work with .USD, it's a new challenge for you :D, if you want of course, but I'll search a bit more and hopefully I'll find anything !! But thanks dude, keep going !! :D
Hi thanks for this video. How do I do this when my Blender model has a rig and animations? When I add the empty and import to Unreal, it will import the LOD's but it will not create a skeleton. Any other way I tried to import creates a skeleton, but no LOD's. I also tried to import the mesh and rig/animations separately but when I choose to apply the mesh to the previously imported skeleton, it tells me they couldn't be merged.
Man, you speak toooooooo muuuuuch!!!
From 22:15 how is that edge the opposite of the other and how is the edge flow in 21:20.
Wish u best of success and I tiny bit of luck in top!
dude .. loving it.. what engine.. title?
water
this may be the first tutorial I ever searched for and actually found exactly what I needed to know. excellent tutorial
haha thx! glad it was helpful
Fantastic, thanks! Adding this to my automation tools.
thanks for the tutorial! i used to use the open new level butten to get back to the current level. but i later found that very anoying, but i didnt know another way to close something. thanks for explaining so well!
Great tutorial; thanks!
thanks
nice
I'm a little late to the game (literally), but this is awesome, thanks! I know game engines use different shaders, but I'm looking forward to experimenting with this in different engines
Thank you for the good tutorial!
Thank you very much, very clear and extremely useful
"delete the default crap" 😂
Severely underrated CZcamsr right here guys.
haha thanks, appreciated :)
Man, I dont have enough words to thank you for these tutorials, I've been on and off blender this last semester but anytime I needed to make something on it, you've already made it in an easier way and have a clear and easy to follow tutorial about it. Thanks!!
Dude you look like HP Lovecraft
Really nice channel. You should make more :)
I will try when i have time :)
thanks for making this, super helpful!
Worked great! Thank you!
love it!
Videos are amazing mate. Hope you do more of them! Keep up the good work and im sure you will blow up
thx for explaining everything 😀
when i put on the clothe physics it just make my plane desapear, any idea on why?
Hard to say without knowing what your setup is, probably there is a small change somewhere that you've missed that is causing the issue. One possibility is that the normals of your cloth mesh are in-facing. Another is that something is off with the mesh scale (maybe not applied) or the cloth simulation settings. If you still have issues, another way to get realistic cloth is to model the general shape, use a subsurb modifier on the clothing piece to get a denser mesh, and then sculpt it using the cloth brush in sculpting mode.
Looking for a tutorial just like this thank you
Is it possible to add a collision on a skeleton mesh
Skeletal meshes do have collision already which are typically auto-generated. You can view them in the skeletal mesh's physics asset, which should be created when the skm is imported
You are a god
Haha cheers
thx teacher
Hi! Which name of added node at 0:51m "mix color node"? I cant't find it at list. Thanks for answer
Hello - if you are in a newer version of Blender, this has now been replaced with a "Mix" node. It has a dropdown menu on the node for color
Thankyou for short and concise tutorial!
好!
Love your chill style
That's great tutorial, Thank you so much!
My God, it's so simple. This is exactly what I needed, and at the difficulty I needed it to be :D
Thank you for this video, it's exactly what I was looking for
Can someone mention the keyboard shortcuts he used
Excellent tutorial, thanks mate! :)
For some reason mine did not work, what am i doing wrong?
Fixed! I tried to make the COL all one mesh but the concave meshes have to be multiple "cubes" as I read in another comment you helped. Thank you.
@@hoopaswagg ok great! Glad you figured it out
Just came across your video while I was working on collision for a map. Thank you so much, it was an import setting I kept missing so it was adding additional collision I did not want.
