How much did it run you for the protection?
I don’t remember exactly. It was roughly the same price as a second set of proper fairings from what I do remember. My main focus was preserving the fairings from scratches and such. Jorge at Tritek was really good. Hope that helps, and thanks for watching.
Can you do the sound comparison between neutral/in gear with full exhaust system again?! That would be interesting to see. Thanks for video bro 🙏
Hi. The sound of the full Akra is the same whether in Neutral or gear. To my understanding, the presented variance in sound of the stock exhaust has to do with something in the stock exhaust. When the full exhaust is installed, that part is removed and the sound is fairly constant while the bike is on. Thanks for watching. Twinkle twinkle.
@@1takewonder33 oh i see thanks for information!! hope you have a great day
@@Luminous284 and you. Thanks for watching!!
Thanks for comparing. This is the only panigale neutral vs in gear comparison in youtube .!!
Cheers. It was quite odd, as non of the previous models did that. To my understanding it has to do with Euro emissions. Glad you liked it and thanks for watching. Twinkle twinkle
Hey curious! What lift do you have for your back tire? I need a good one!
@@Velion83 It’s the Pitbull single pin. You can position it with the bar facing forward, out of being a trip hazard, or you can insert it through the other side of the wheel and grease your chain without it being in the way. I’ve had a number of the Ducati rear wheel stands, but this one is nice due to being able to lessen the possibility of a tripping hazard when the bike is left on it. Hope this helps and thanks for watching. Twinkle twinkle.
@@1takewonder33 thank you!
@@Velion83 My pleasure!!
May have to give this jacket a shot . Thanks for the feedback
@@ednargnoslen6609 I’m very surprised at the amount of air this jacket allows through. It also has composite armor, rather than that thin pro armor everyone is doing, so the protection is there. Thanks for watching and stay safe!!
Question, is the canister attached electronically at all and did you need a wiring plug to bypass anything? Thanks!
@@ooopepper From what I remember, it was not attached electronically. Everything was able to be plugged with a screw. Again, from what I remember. Hope this helps and the K’s for watching.
OMG you are going extremely fast. Great you have control of your Ducati.
It’s all the bike. I’m just holding on. Thanks for watching.
nice bike ;)
Cheers. Thanks for watching!! Twinkle twinkle.
Awesome solution! Btw what’s the bolt size?
Thank you, and thanks for watching. I couldn't tell you the size off hand. The link for the pieces is in the DESCRIPTION of the video, and bolts to hold them on the bike are the same size as the bolts that came with the passenger pegs when the bike was purchased. I want to say when I received the mount clips from Amazon I measured the width of the clips, through which the bolts would go, to ensure the bolts were long enough. The pass seat bolts also don't screw in all the way w/o something attached, ie the pegs, mount holders, etc. Hope this helps, and keep the rubber side down.
Mine didn’t come with passenger foot pegs, but will ask at the dealer if I can’t find any bolts that fit. Ordered the clamps! Was looking for such a long time for a solution like this without having to tinker around too much and one that looks kinda neat. Thanks again for your content and reply!! :)
@@XeroHomicide My pleasure. If your dealer wants to sell you them, you may want to just get the size and then purchase a kit of multiple sizes off Amazon. Thanks for watching.
Being their nearly got a stroke doing it .I fitted rad guards and new screen .well worth it need alot of patience .here in Ireland
Yes, yes you do. I can’t tell you how many prayers I said so I didn’t snap something. Surprisingly, these fairing come apart and go back together much more simply. Don’t forget to apply some lubricant/grease on the pins, prior to reinstalling the fairings, so they come off easier next time. Thanks for watching and keep the rubber side down. Twinkle twinkle.
I bought the Sport Seat and the Rider Raised Seat. They both have the same profile, but the Sport Seat has softer foam than the Rider Raised Seat. Both are better than the stock seat, but I have found that the Rider Raised Seat is more comfortable to me for longer rides.
Cheers. Thanks for your feedback and thanks for watching. Twinkle twinkle.
Good info. Stock seat feels like sitting on a slab of depleted uranium. 😂

It was an awesome ride! Thanks for sharing the video!
It was indeed. You really took off at the end. Nice riding!! Until next time, keep the rubber side down. Thanks for watching. Twinkle twinkle.
One of the times you wish you had 8 hands :D
Surprisingly, they come apart and go together heaps better than the previous models, however the initial “grease” Ducati uses turns to a glue-like substance if it stays on too long. Thanks for watching. Twinkle twinkle.
@@1takewonder33 your video really helped me today, I installed radiator guards, removing the fairings was a breeze.. Thanks!

Thank you for the info!!
Nice view.
Cheers. That setting is an eye-balling setting, so please feel free to let me know if you’d like to see it adjusted. It’s kind of tough with the Sportbike, due to being either an up or down riding position- a lot of deviation. Thanks for watching. Twinkle twinkle.

Hi I have a question: my problem sometimes is bad hot start….cold start is perfect bike working perfect nothing else just sometimes after riding I stop on drink or to fuel up and when I start my bike start so badly like almost shuts off itself and then come alive again in 10sec something liek that…so I do some research and find that is probably that charcoal canoster making that bad hot start that ppl are removed and have wonderful life…..do I need some Canister Eliminator or what shoO do….anybody some info!? Thank you…..❤
Hi - You have a couple options, assuming your proximate cause is the charcoal canister, which it sounds like it is; due to vapor locking. There are eliminator kits on the market, if you want to spend the money and do it yourself. The kits, to my understanding, will have you remove all the unnecessary pieces- hoses, canister, etc. Your other option, which may be a bit more cost effective, is to do it yourself by removing the canister, blocking off the unneeded hoses, and then securing them so they’re not flopping around- as is what this video presents. After completing the removal, I had my Ducati tech look it over at the 600mi service. He stated all was good, and he actually removed the unnecessary hose I had blocked off (don’t ask me which one that was.). He said it took him 5mins, so there wasn’t an additional charge. When I had my 1299S it would either shut down while underway, or refuse to start after riding during a warm summer’s day. I removed the canister and it hasn’t happened since. I hope that helps, and thanks for watching.
@@1takewonder33 thank you brother so much for that information, it is helpful…will se when I remove that shit hahaha thx again.. ride safe…. 🤘🏻

Thank you for your feedback. This channel started as a means to help others get past any unknown gaps while personalizing their bikes. If it scales, I’ll look to secure a better camera. One thing I have noticed is occasionally I have to click a setting on my viewing screen on CZcams for the video to run clearer. That may help. Thank you for watching.

My original purchase would be around 1 yr ago, the new replacement was just recently and looks and weighs (heavy) the same as the previous one that snapped. Mine is the 90 deg version but I don’t think that would affect the eventual outcome.
Gotcha. I ordered both brackets and am using the one that lays more along the underside. It does vibrate substantially, so I may take have to trim some weight.
I didn’t bother about getting a replacement bracket under warranty. The part can be purchased as a seperate item and the replacement cost for wasn’t excessive. Next time you start your bike just touch the very end of the bracket to feel for excessive vibration they may have changed manufacturer or type of metal since my purchase.
When did you purchase it? Mine still vibrates extensively. At one point I thought it was completely loose due to the amount of vibration. When I went to tighten it it was solidly secure. The vibration from the bike made it vibrate like crazy. You’re using the bracket that is more against the underside of the bike or the one that hangs at 90 degrees? Cheers
I have a 23 V4S and this tail tidy, I recommend reducing the weight of the plate holder, after 5k mileage the vibration of the bike caused the plate bracket metal to fatigue and break off at the point where the bend of the mount is. I lost my tag due to this when riding as I didn’t hear it fall off. I’ve since ordered a newreplacement bracket and have cut off the excess weight to reduce the amount of vibration. I just have the top two bolts attaching the rego plate which is sufficient and it no longer vibrates.
Thanks mate. That’s really good info. Did the company make you buy a new one or did they help you out? I’ve never heard of a license plate bracket braking under any circumstances, so I would find it plausible to be covered by the company. How was their customer service? Thanks for watching.
I have this tail tidy with the 90 degree frame on my 2024 Panigale V4S. Frame failed from metal fatigue at the 90 degree bend at 2800 miles. Plate snapped off, didn't hear/notice and it's lost so replacing tags, police report etc. Vendor offered to sell replacement frame but not as warranty. Ordered it but reading this comment thread and several same issue with this tidy I'm concerned and wondering if it's worth switching to something else.
@@tompuscak1055just cut away the excess metal where the registration plate is mounted. Reducing the weight reduces the vibration, it should last the life of the bike then.
@@tompuscak1055 Thank you for your reply and info. Thanks for watching.
@derekp9155 so you're saying to cut away the part of the plate frame below the two upper corner plate holes, correct? If I'm understanding correctly that would leave the 90 degree tab/flange and a narrow top strip of metal with the two corner holes. I like that idea. The plate weight is minimal and losing the bottom 80% or so of the frame not only lessens weight but decreases the lever arm for the torque on the 90 degree connector.
Awesome bike, you are one lucky guy!
