Does this also help on 2006 c4 xsara Picasso? I'm asking because I tested a display from another xsara Picasso and now my mileage is off. I just tested the display and put back the original one and somehow now the car took the mileage of the other display. The old display has 218000+ on the clock while my car is supposed to have 141000+. How do i get my original mileage back? 😢

instead of vaccuming the board, you can use isopropanol alcohol and a toothbrush (unused OF COURSE) and scrub it (just using a toothbrush is okay too). It won't damage anything and it will evaporate quickly (although I would recommend letting it to dry for and hour or two for safety meassures). Also like many have already pointed out, never deal with electronics over a carpet or clothing or magnets (lol) because it can generate static charges that shorts your circuits. Work on a wooden bench or some other anti-static material. Before working with electronics, make sure to touch a metal object to remove any sort of charge you may have in you. If you are really paranoid, you can use an anti-static bracelet. Also, if you're going to do a very thorough teardown, make sure to put thermal paste on the gpu core, and don't ignore the pads if they need replacements. I wouldn't recommend this for beginners. When you take it apart, be very careful with the fan connectors, they are fragile and can break.

THANKYOU! My 2003 Peugeot wipers stopped working. It spent 2 weeks at the garage - they tried a whole bunch of things to fix it but gave up. I’ve just brought it home and tried this as a last resort and boom. Wipers are working again. Can’t believe it!!

Great video. I have a 308 so have to disconnect positive as negative hidden. Should side lights be turned on 1st before reconnecting in this scenario as someone else suggested?

how to do if have no remote?

I changed the transmission oil on an Astra H (2007) with the M32 after around 110,000 km. Open the inlet screw (10 mm hexagon socket, new screw with magnet, old one without), level the car and then open the drain screw on the driver's side (12 mm hexagon socket) and let everything drain for a longer time. For new oil I used the Castrol GL4 TRANSMAX Manual Multivehicle 75W-90 oil (use GL4 only!). 2.4 liters come in, up to the control screw it would be 2.2 L, but don't open it! Or if you really want to open it, put the 2.2 liters in until it drips out, screw it shut and put another 200 ml in. Never had any problems!

I might try this I have a eml light come up on the display every time I drive away and service light pops up I took it to Peugeot there was fucking useless the code is a secure configuration fault I don’t think these numpties knew what to do they wanted to strip the car and investigate my turbo charger heat exchanger and air inlet manifold
