You have to take it apart by removing the 8 black screws and then snip the black wire on the circuit board and solder it onto the negative prong on the circuit board.

Thank you so much for this video! I struggled with trying to get the canopy off for a longgg time.
How did you take off the control panel?
@@kyrryl you have to take off a lot of screws! I took off more than 20 to get to the point where I filmed the video. I don't remember if you have to take off the top burner glass in order to get the front control panel off but you might
Perfect, thanks!
I just had to remove my boots to install them and I was seriously shocked how CHEAP with the grease they were. I bet that’s why most of them fail
@@michaelarmellino8334 yeah it's a problem
Very basic and very good explanation. Thank you

In the future, once you get the crank out, you might want to both spray brake cleaner into all of the bearings and then blow them out out with compressed air. Then you test each bearing by free spinning it using either compressed air or your finger, and then you listen for how much rattle you get. Any rattle means the bearing is worn and may not have that much life left. Since replacing the 4 end bearings is relatively easy, unless they appear to be new, replace all 4 of them. As for the others, that requires a machine shop and a skilled technician to reassemble the crank and have zero run out. for a 2 cylinder engine, some minor wear in the interior bearings can be tolerated. But replacing the outer bearings is as good investment as you can make in your snowmobile. Also check to see whether you have any connecting rod bounce due to worn bearings. Any bounce then consider having a professional replace all of those bearings at the crank end and might as well have all the other bearings replaced as well. Buying a fully re-manufactured crank is usually the best way to go, as people are trying to unload those old cranks that they put all kinds of time and money into.
I just knew there would be a video on how to fix this! Thanks for posting.
My service suction line on one side is too short to add a piercing connector so how do I know which of the other two lines coming out the compressor side is the suction side? Is the suction line cool to the touch? Thank you.
@@larrya2344 I would Google it and do your own research cause I'm not an expert but a quick Google search told me the suction line will generally be cooler and the high pressure line will be hotter after the compressor has been running for a while
@@MarshallBLewis Every video I've watched has them hooking up to that small service line that's crimped off but mine is not long enough - I kind of had a feeling that the suction line would be cooler - Thank You
Thank you so much

@@Jack_Wulf thanks for that help. I how to screenshot your message and translate it but now I understand. I will try that and let you know if it works

Thank you!
Did you figure out the source of your battery charging issue? I'm just curious about that before I feel comfortable with the new pulley size. Thanks for the video!
I found out the vehicle has a parasitic drain so I believe that was the source of the battery losing charge, not the alternator or belt tension. I installed a battery tender on the vehicle that stays connected to the battery so I just plug it in frequently, during the winter especially, so that the battery stays fully charged and that has worked.
Good video. Thank you.

I got one of these recently from Amazon I also got a long strip of rubber I forgot what it's actually called but it was rolled up anyway cut a length in the size of the splash guard because when I put down the splash guard Matt whatever there's a gap it doesn't go all the way back against the wall like yours does and it keeps the water off the counter but there is just one problem and I have not found a solution The circle part that goes over the faucet mine's not round like yours mine is a wide oval I don't know kind of like which would see in a bathroom sink It's not tall like that though it's a pretty thin but because it's there and these mats are meant for these things that go where it can go down flat there right there where the sink divides in half washer wish I could share a picture in the comments anyway right there where the sink divides in half it doesn't go black and water builds up underneath there constantly I can't get it to go down flat I tried if I put something heavy down there I thought maybe would weigh it down but the gap is not wide enough for me to send anything heavy on there that would stay and not fall over and break so if anybody's got any idea what I can use please let me know
Wrong tool buddy
Mine fits similar to yours, it works best when the faucet is closer to the wall so that the flaps can lean up against the wall
Did it get rid of the noise? How's it holding up?
Yup it did and it's holding well. The rubber is still solid. I ended up adding a stainless steel bolt with washers and nut on either end to serve the same purpose as the rivets because the rivet pulled through the rubber after a year or two with snow load on it etc. The bolt solution has worked well and won't allow the rubber to pull through
Thanks brother. -hulk hulgan

We have a Graco triple stroller. I've never taken it apart to wash it though. Which stroller are you talking about?
Thank you, thank you so much!!! What a time saver your video was
This is a great idea! So easy! I wonder if it'll work on the Power Wheels Baja Trailster.
The other thing you can do is zip tie flashlights on to the power wheels pointing forward where you want them. I've done that on a different power wheels and it works good
