Thank you for sharing how you prepare overnight oats! I eat overnight oats daily- with nuts. However, Im not really a fan of the cold mushiness so I end up heating some additional almond milk prior to eating it. Am I defeating the purpose? It is funny but true- I wonder about this daily. 🙂 It’s an affordable, filling and convenient breakfast so I eat overnight oats every day despite my lack of enthusiasm. Thank you for this extremely helpful video! 💗

Just saw this morning that there is recall on some coffee and also for some ice cream. I will post this here but AG you can confirm and follow up.: Ice cream - "the recall covers brands such as Hershey's, Friendly's, Jeni's (though nothing from its seasonal summer lineup), ChipWich, LaSale, Dolcezza Gelato, Cumberland Farms, AMAFruits, Taharka, Marco, The Frozen Farmer, Yelloh!, and Abilyn's Frozen Bakery. Products include a range of ice cream cakes, ice cream sandwiches, frozen pies, sorbet, and pints of ice cream. Customers who think they may have purchased an affected product in-store or online should check the FDA's recall list, where they can find out more about the product sale dates and codes." I do these too, looks Yum AG. 😋 I also use Scottish whole Oats. Sometimes I mix a whole pack of Oats with chopped up Trail mix, put it in a tub, & use it as Muesli, which can be overnighted too. I don't add Sugar though, I use dried Cranberries or Raisins instead. TFS AG, take care & keep really busy everyone. ❤🙂🐶

My wife and I make overnight oats 3 times a week. We use steel cut or Coach's oats (from Costco) with almond milk, peanut butter and banana. We'll have to try the cinnamon roll oats! 😋
