I am so glad u given up on this so bad
oil seal fork size and dust seal size?
wish people would stop destroying good bikes to make cafe racers, indecently the rear spring should be more upright and the top mount should be in line with the damper so stress in not an issue, there is far too much compression on that spring, I hope you return this bike to what it was, a great little green lane twin shock bike, as it is its awful, riveting because you don't have welding equipment by any chance, I also assume this is why you weakened the frame to the point it will fold up on you by drilling that huge hole in the frame, yes it's a frame not a pipe. find something else to do is my advice, computers or playing an instrument maybe.
Wow! That one saved me from too much stress since I just noticed a leak out from front right seal and came to see how it is suppose to be fixed. Thanks!
what happened with this project? any pics of the finished article?

Hey man, it's getting very good your project, my name is Lucas and I speak of Brazil, I have a Suzuki gn 125 and I would love to know the details of your project, mine I'm increasing to 200cc with some improvements.
Guys can someone please tell me which is best recommended angle to place the mono shock?
your suspension is too soft
i had one of those.very ugly but very cheap on gas
Hey mate what’s the new carb I need a new one and I like the look of this one
So you failed at fixing a carb then bought a chinese knock-off, congrats. Then re-title the video " carburetor fail - buying a new chinese"

How the bike is running with air pods? any issues? everyone says if you use air pod the bike will overheat and have problems. That needs to re-jet. I would like to buy a carb and air pod set so as you did so that I dont need to rejet myself. Plug and play. Any bike issues using the air pod?
great video man
hi where did you get the air filter?
Whatever happened to this build? Was looking forward to seeing that complete....
Hyee.. May i ask you one question !?. What is that stuff actually, the name !?. The small thing that you tide at your bike body.. The thing that hold the upper monoshock.. The thing that the bolt sit in..
I think it's way too tight, so it doesnt move well. Besides, your lower torrington bearing is not centered, have you checked the sizes of the two surfaces involved to use the right bearing??
How is this project coming along? Did you ever get the Aprilia fork turning any better btw?
I am starting my own GN 125. Project !👍
I pray you never got this on the road. Talk about jump in head first, this is a lot of mods for an amateur and you'd be lucky if you got insurance. Small mods add up and you know after each one the bikes in working order. Im not against any amateur doing their own mods but know your boundries. Good luck to you!
Nahhhhh just start cuttin and choppin. Best way to learn is to get in way over your head and learn from necessity
Nice conversion I've build mine custom on Suzuki DR 125, with a GZ 125 front end. The breaks are crappy on that one too. but I've gone other way. Recently I bought a Honda NTV 650 caliper and made a bracket to fit it. It was cheap (13$ for used caliper) and hopefully it will do the job. Niec to see more and more small cc custom bikes! :)
Hello can i ask?
