The first time I saw echo doing this I thought he got dizzy and confused. However, every time he gets out to the aviary he does this again. It seems like he just enjoys spinning around like this.

Feed you baby for God's sake, he shouldn't have to beg for food. His bowl should be full all of the time.
In this video "Echo" was about 15 weeks old. He didn't want the formula anymore but he was not fully weaned to eat regular food (pellets and veggies) on his own. In this transition period I offered him plenty of warm mushy food. He particularly liked sweet potatoes, sweet corn, and boiled eggs. There is another video on this channel demonstrating this feeding process.

Is your bird a male or female? And how old? I don't have an amazon, but that looks like an attempt to mate with your hand, and the grunting, wing flitting behavior strikes me as hormonal. From what I understand, an aggressive, hormonal amazon will try to bite, be very cage territorial, fan the tail, etc.
