Do you find it a bit weaker these days, though? I never recalled it being so watery! Clones are always a great option. I bought myself a bottle of Brut a few days ago and it smells wonderful! @@The.House.of.JosephI wouldn't know too much about the original pour monsieur but Brut aftershave will forever be the scent of the suburban dad in my mind, but that's never stopped me from buying it before. But hopefully with another session or two of laser hair removal I'm not going to have the same need for aftershaves though.
Yes I have been practicing applying foundation directly to the brush from the palm of my hand. I learned this from Genma @PamperedWolf. It works well with most foundations, but the right brush is important!
Got to love a bit of Pampered Wolf Stephanie! I agree with you and Gemma. The palm of the hand tip is relatively new to me although I still think its important to buff the foundation thoroughly into the brushy! ❤️

I honestly think it would! The beauty behind the serum technique is that you can add different serums for different skincare concerns. The Olay Regenerist serum would particularly be good for your skin although I advise adding a moisturiser too. The foundation on its own, didn't really offer a great deal of hydration tbh with you. ❤️

I've been using this for many years and have never had any problem with it. It might be different for you though. Do your patch test first please!
@@The.House.of.Joseph Thanks. I’m just not quite sure how to patch test but would be relevant here. I just know I had taken lotion making classes a while back from a person that was very experienced. When it came to the topic about preservatives (which none of us wanted to use). She was saying that when you’re mixing water and the other ingredients, example the oils, she would never not use a preservative. That we would be so surprised at the bacteria, mold spores that you don’t see that starts to form before you actually see anything like mold. These bacteria are way more detrimental to the skin than any safe preservative used. As well, I imagine having it any where near your eyes would not be good. I’m not sure if this would be the case for this xylitol spray but can’t seem to find any good information about it. I think the xylitol spray is a great idea and I’d feel safe mixing it up for a one time use but it would be a lot of effort doing it that way. It’s good to hear it’s working for your skin and you’ve been using it for a while…so I’ll look into it more. Thanks again.

The use of highlighter first, particularly a cream highlighter, offers two things - Firstly, it let's concealer glide on much easier than without. Secondly, highlighter offers dimension to the otherwise flat concealer, giving the illusion of eight hours sleep.
What brand highlighter are you using Joseph?

The charity shops in Hereford are quite expensive Amanda. That seems epidemic these days though. Most of the stuff I was looking at was as expensive, or even more expensive, than the stuff in the regular shops! Crazy, isn't it? ❤️

I absolutely love this technique you've come up with much better than the other one!!!! I just like to slap everything on and go and this gives me that option - instead of doing layers. I find I have less patience as I get older, but still want perfection lol. I believe I can achieve this look without frustration, yea me!! Thank you my younger Welsh brother! Hi! Just wanted to say that this brand for some reason has different names in different parts of the world , even though it’s the same product. The bottles still look the same 😊 Some of the other names are Elseve and Elvital
Do you know why L'Oréal does that Malina? It might be similar to Olay, that used to be known as Oil of Olay and even Oil of Ulland - in the 70's at least! ❤️

If I remember correctly there was a really good market (undercover, I think?) And a beautiful old black and white building! I haven't been for many, many years now.
