it all turned out beautifully . However lining up all the duces ( tables ) in the breakfast room like that is a turn off . as it offers zero privacy from the couples next to you . They should be augmented
37:21 - Well, that's a Bit Embarrassing for a B&B hotelier, to be acting that way with guests! Here in July 2023 - I'll be surprised if this couple are still together . . . . . . theres a very odd lack of affection, between them all the time ! - and tension in their rare closeness !
When will people learn that their "budget" has almost nothing to do with what a huge renovation will actually cost?? They need to learn how to project a realistic budget.
The grey is beautiful. It's modern and signals that they've gone in a more tasteful direction than "keeping with the area." The whole point of their reno is to go upscale, which the gray is.

The owner sounds cold and unwelcoming. Definitely wouldn’t want to stay there.
