Nice bike, but imo. You dont need to ride using clipless pedals. And if you insist, heres a tip so that you can be successful. 1) if possible use a stationery setup or smart trainer, with your pedals. 2) when you feel comfortable then practice outside using the oedals/ shoes minus the cleats. And practice situations whereas youll be in. Too me riding clippless is only beneficial when going uphill. And within a controlled group ride. Otherwise for just a quick spin, ho-hum.

Why first timers getting scared of cleats pedal you just need logic to be able to use it easily clip your dominant foot give some momentum so you can easily clip in the other foot then you’re good and clip out first before you brake or stop just like how you ride on flat pedals
