I must be missing something. If the put you sold goes ITM you need to wait to be assigned and then sell the underlying which assumes there's enough time between exercise and you selling the underlying for you to sell without the price plummeting further OR before you're assigned you buy another put ATM/ITM which could easily cost you more than 10% of the premium you earned right? So how do you control things to limit your loss when both actions have variables outside your control? 25:00

So are we assuming you start with 1000s of shares of these stocks or is he selling these based on just the option value

Hi Uncle Henry. Is there any potential risk when the stock falls in between the the two strike prices and shares getting assigned early even though there is no enough capital, it doesn't make sense but i am thinking out of the box - not sure what those margin calls are or can the balance go to negative forcing us to buy the shares even though we bought the protection at the lower strike price?

What level do you have to be in order to use this strategy?

So great video to show us how you make money with options, it's great, but I'm not sure how showing us you made 24,000 in one day helps, as it's completely unrealistic for most. You used almost 1.4 million of capital that you had to tie up to make that. Someone with 14,000 would have made 240 dollars. That's GREAT 1 day return, but feels like chump change because you simply can't make that daily. Your capital is now tied up so you have to skip a bunch of days to make your next 240.00. This is multi millionaire games to get wealthy. Someone with that 14k might make 3k per year with this approach. Again, nothing to laugh at, that's 21% per year! But we need a couple of decades at 21% just to get that amount to 650k or so... ]

For the Newbie if you are actually trading in the crypto space and you don't have a sound mentor. Then you are certainly going to get liquidated in 90% of your trades. Yeah that's sad truth. I remember when i just got into crypto back in 2019 but later in 2020 i ended up selling it because i have lost alot trading all by myself without a guide. Got back into crypto early in 2024 with $20k and I'm up with $232k in a short period of time ...... ....

I just purchased 2 calls that expire in the beginning of September I paid like $39 for a call on Intel for $22 on September 6th and a call on AT&t for for $38 strike price of 19.50 also expires I think September something. I hope from what I learned in a few hours and make some money off of them.
