What I don't get is what about the supports support system. I appreciate the sense of this but this term out of context has created a group of self centred coprates who need all this people for them but never ask how they can be a support system for others. I think the higher road is to first seek to serve others before you want to be served. Serving people alone is one of the greatest way to deal with depression. Truly self centredness is a source of grief. I have nothing against getting help but in a very self centred generation. Focusing on supporting others other than your self is a great way to look at it
