Very good information sir ❤️☺️ god bless you sir 🙏💖🇺🇲
She should have told all the videos. I cant tell she was reading at all and there is changes in energy and delivery. She is a natural.
Any long format videos in the process? I enjoyed them as a supplement to the actual pubs but the last long format was fm3 a year ago. I like using the videos, the lighting press smartbooks and the actual source material. 2nd question: Any chance of doing something like the smartbooks but in video format? Jw thanks for your hard work in these videos.
Thanks for your feedback. Yes - we just did a long format video on the new ADP 3-13, Information. You should see it at the top of our page. We're working on something new we call "Take 10" which will provide an overview of a single publication in roughly 10-minutes. It'll kind of be what you're describing as a video smartbook. If there's any knowledge gaps you're seeing from your foxhole that you'd like us to cover in the video shorts, let us know. We're always happy to get feedback.
FM 7-0 removed Unit Training Plans, and the new ADP left it out as well. Where is that material to be found? Leaving UTP out is a mistake, and it needs to be addressed.
We're talking to CAC-Training (the authors of ADP 7-0 and FM 7-0) about the UTP issue. We're awaiting a response.
The Unit Training Plan model has been replaced with the Training Management Cycle concept. The details for developing training plans and issuing annual training guidance are in Chapter 4: Training Management of ADP 7-0 and Chapter 3: Planning and Preparation of FM 7-0. However, as you’ve noted, the steps and terminology are different from the old Unit Training Plan. The new manuals focus on building Long-, Mid-, and Short-Range Training Plans, whereas the older manuals focused primarily on “Objective-T”. Thank you for the feedback on the manual. We have forwarded, your concerns to the doctrine authors who will certainly take your comments into consideration for future updates. If you’d like to send us a direct message with your email, we can also put you directly in touch with the authors for further discussion.
The reference cited is incorrect. They should be referencing FM 3-0 Operations (October 2022). FM 6-0 does not cover support relationships at all.
Good catch. This video was produced in September of 2021. At the time, FM 6-0 covered Command and Support relationships. The current FM 6-0 was published in 2022 at which time we moved the discussion of Command and Support relationships to the October 2022 version of FM 3-0.
This should say FM 3-0 Operations (October 2022), NOT FM 6-0. FM 3-0 addresses OPCON, ADCON, and TACON. Big mistake there.
Good catch. This video was produced in August of 2021. At the time, FM 6-0 covered Command and Support relationships. The current FM 6-0 was published in 2022 at which time we moved the discussion of Command and Support relationships to the October 2022 version of FM 3-0.
with stuff like this these days there’s no reason why soldiers shouldn’t be clueless during training lol
It's sort of a 'horse to water' thing. 😉We try to make it easy to learn. What other videos do we need to do? Where do you see shortfalls in Soldier's understanding of doctrine? We're always looking for new ideas.
Great explanación. Thanks
Why is the PowerPoint covered/blurred @59:18?
Glitch of some kind in that one spot. We're going to re-render and will post an update soon.
Okay, if I have time after my math test I'll try to find timestamps for chapters, but if someone wants to beat me to it just hop in the comments & add the times for sections in the video Example: [0:00:01 - 0:35:51] Start [0:35:51 - 1:11:42] Middle [1:11:42 - 1:11:43] End
Thanks for the inspiration. Didn't know how to do timestamps so I figured it out and started building them in the description. More to follow.
@@usacadd thanks 😊
Thank you for this brief. I also appreciate the links shared.
REALLY good info!!!
This is a great video! Concept drew me in and the example was great!
We sincerely appreciate the feedback - thanks!
About to go to the board and thank you for this content
Awesome. Good luck!
That was so boring. What has the US done as Threat Information Warfare? An example. Just explain what YOU guys do, not Russia.
1:15 That's unbelievable!
Thanks, Algorithm!
Thanks for these videos as they are very informative. If deploying as Divisions, what plans are in place to support the local economies surrounding many US military installations along with all the civilian support jobs that would seemingly be impacted for 9-12 months at a time while nearly an entire installation would seemingly be deployed on rotations or large scale combat missions?
This is helpful, thanx Sir.
Good example that not all weapons are fought kenetically. This is why the U.S. Army is the best army in the planet.
cool
With the release of FM 2-0, are there any plans to to provide an overview similar to this video?
Love it
Any big changes in the last year? Would love an update to this playlist! Maybe a cyber focus?!
Good question and suggestion. We need to check it against the new FM 2-0 to make sure it's still g-2-g. Thanks!
This is solid content sir!
Well explained
What about if it’s 19 👀👀
Did you ever figure out what a 19 means?? I’m still trying to find the answer
Now i need to google what ADP means 😅. The military sure does like its acronyms and abbreviations.
❤ABSOLUTELY! Spiritual Domain let's Goooooooooo!

This is a certified Multi-Domain Multi-Spectrum Combined Arms Operations

Why are we seeing this training information? Very interesting. Are the videos pirated and posted online for content, or is this a true sanctioned military education and outreach channel?
We're the real deal, the U.S. Army Combined Arms Doctrine Directorate (CADD) at Fort Leavenworth, KS. Our videos are intended to supplement Army doctrine, by explaining terms and concepts found in our publications. This is all original content that we produce in-house with a skeleton crew of active Army doctrine authors. We hope you enjoy them!
@@usacaddthat's awesome. You have my utmost respect. Thank you sincerely. 🇺🇲
I always admired the way US army doctrine is constructed. It is far more comprehensive and less philosophical than Allied or other nations' doctrine. I myself are an army instructor in my country and i am successfully combining US Army doctrines like FM 3-90 and especially the MDMP relevant manuals, whith national doctrine and it turns out great. I just wonder if army officers from other Allied natiins can acces jobs at CADD. If not, no problem. Keep doing what you do and God Bless you. Cheers

I played this in the car to put my toddler to sleep when she’s wasn’t feeling good. You guys rock!
I’m currently playing this in my jeep!!! 😂
Great school house and what all battle staffs are taught and need to learn. If a staff doesn't master this in a time intensive environment (Remember the 1/3 2/3 rule) then you will have a poor plan. So in closing: Perfection is the enemy of good enough A plan that is 80% with plenty of time to execute is better than a 100% plan with no time left for subordinate units to make their own plan. My favorite: strive to issue an a 5 paragraph op order that is one page in length. This is where SOP's come in. But before a staff can do that, it has to master MDMP. Many have tried few have fully succeeded.
