This is great. After watching my son's new team not warm him up and then take rip shots on him for a full hour, we will start incorporating our own warm up for him. Respect your goalie and he'll put his whole heart into winning games for you.

I’ve learned from being a goalie for about 4 years now is that when you are doing low and hip shot warm ups you wanna keep your chest down but not all the way and you want to keep your head up but not all the way so you can see the rebound if the ball pops out of your stick.

Any girl goalie camps? As a girls lax goalie I try to improve any chance I get, and I need more training, I was gonna get some from a very talented goalie but he canceled because he was busy

Was told they teach a 45 degree movement to the shot path. Why is this still being taught? Trying to get additional information but no luck. Simple geometry...shortest distance from a point to a non bisecting line (shot path) is a line (path) 90 degrees from that line (shot path). Any thoughts.....

I just left this camp at depauw university today. This is the best goalie camp I have ever been to in my life. Coach Pilat was there during the week and all the coaches there helped step up my game 10 fold. 10/10 would recommend.

Any one tried the Spovelax Training Program (do a google search)? We've noticed several amazing things about this popular training course.

As expert, I believe Spovelax Training Program is great way to improve your skillsWhy not give it a chance? maybe it can work for you too.

The Florida one is my favorite. It was always like 75 fº when I was there.
