Moseyin' - Original Composition
I wrote this song many years ago and decided to re-visit it. It's a basic Eb Blues type of tune with a few different changes, but all in all, the Eb Minor pentatonic scale (with blues notes) fits very well in the improvisation. In the "bridge" section, I rely on the use of an Eb Major7 chord single note outline while using the B natural to help reinforce the C-7/B chord.

Why is it taking me so long to release new videos??? There's actually a whole lot2learn here, an amazing piece of improvised music. The notation on pdf, however, seems to be shifted by half a bar. The 3 in the first bar seems to be the 1, in my humble opinion.

My Mom was a piano teacher & tried like hell to get me into it. My dad was a singer & played piano & was well known where I grew up in Ca. I always loved Jazz & picked up a flute, when I got out of the service, and was strongly influenced by Hubert Laws. I could play OK for not reading music. (an ear player) At 77 I wish I had really tried to learn piano & read music, which I found out later is a requirement for all musicians going to a top music school. I wish I had another life to live & surely it would be a musician. Love your ability.
