Do you find creating programs and assigning samples to key groups as tedious as I do? If using the rack sampler for its sound characteristics, I’d much rather just record my samples through it, then resample it into an MPC and sequence in the MPC instead of using it to sequence the rack sampler. Super tedious… What do you think? I’m curious!

i got an CD3000XL maxed ram, this one came from a different production plant as story goes. they are powered by Intel i386. amazing machine, used on many "techno" tracks and pretty much the same all over.

I sold mine to get a SP1200.

The 2KXL has more low end characteristics than the 2000 it’s a little more beefier than the classic if you don’t have good ears 👂 you won’t get it.

Once you get into the modulation matrix you can add life to your music/beats.Took my a good while but it’s far more powerful than any other MPC.Big sound too….

It will happen. Their website still says it's coming as of now. They can use wifi or the ethernet port to upload the sample. The separation can be done through the network before handing it back off in separate stems. It would require an internet connection of course but still no turning on ur computer. If not that it will probably be a stripped down stems experience vs the computer program.

s900 with sp12 was my first no daw setup best combo ever then I upgraded to 1200/s900 combo

all my beats exceed 0 db. I play trap and believe me clipping on mpc sounds good compared to fl studio for example. I think the old MPCs sound amazing but the new ones sound better than the DAWs. you just have to go into the red to understand.
