No lol. Maximum gross vehicle weight in the US is 80,000 lbs. Maximum gross vehicle weight in Sweden is 141,000 lbs on BK1 and 163,000 lbs on BK2 roads. They literally haul twice as much on BK2 roads than in the US. Strongest commercial truck engine in the US is 625 hp, strongest commercial truck engine in Sweden is 770 hp (Scania) and 780 hp (Volvo).
It is not Scandia power but an incorrect weight distribution on the tractor's stool. It is actually very dangerous if the tractor suddenly lifts the steering wheels off the road on the way up a steep hill.
