H&R springs are too low on brera on the front axle. The rear is a perfect height, but the front is slammed, which doesn't look good as there is big gap difference between the front and the rear. Eibach springs with bilstein shocks look and drive much better. The front is about 2cm heigher, just enough you get a flushed stance on front and rear arches.

The sound is not coming from the ball joint, but from the silentblock itself. It does this cracking noise when going over bumps on the straight road. What can cause this issue? I replaced the control arms 2 times in a row now. I set up the control arms in the same position as you when tightening the bolts. I tightened them to 70Nm. You need to juck up the hub to the normal ride height (as when the car is on the ground) and then tighten them to the specified torque settings. You can measure the distance between the center of the wheel and the wing arch, while the car is on the ground. Then when you jack it up, lift up the hub so the distance is the same, and then tighten the bolts. Otherwise, the bushings will not last very long.

@@939driver Did you had to bleed the air out of the system afterwards? Because I have just done the left side, and turned the engine on and pumped the brakes. But I think tge brake pedal feels spungy now. Not sure if the air had entered into the caliper when I was turning/pushing in the piston. :/

@@939driver I did the right side too now. I don't know man, it seems as the air has gotten into the system somehow. I mean, it now brakes like crazy in reverse, but forward I think worse.

😅che senso ha guardare 5kg di peso su' un' auto che né pesa 1600kg.... Cmq i pesi seri li togli semplicemente dal tetto, il vetro lì sopra pesa 35kg ... E sé monti cerchi R17 ultraleggera risparmi altri 20kg(25rispetto i 18/19pollici)... Poi anche i sedili anteriori pesano 25/27kg ciascuno, mettendo dei sedili in carbonio da 7/8kg bhe'... That is 2.5kg of unsprung mass per wheel, not mass of the vehicle. Unsprung mass (mass of the suspension) affects performance of the suspension. Lighter suspension has less inertia and will follow imperfections of the road quicker (the wheels/tyres will spend more time in contact with the road instead of in the air).
