I liked the first season for a bit but....then the two of them just always had this air about them that they thought they were better than everyone just because they were witty. I ended up watching every episode and came out loving Emily the most....and obviously Luke.

I can't even begin to tell you how much I love them! They have been reigning over my heart since I watched season two for the first time. If Shona Rhimes and the creators of Bridgerton introduced Theo only to be taken away, then I think they made a huge mistake. They could have introduced a more flawed character instead of Theo because he's brilliant in every way and a perfect match for Eloise. Theo and Eloise's relationship can be passionate, compatible and healthy. They can be each other's biggest support systems. If Eloise chooses to be with Theo, it'll a perfect embodiment of her revolutionary spirit and independent nature.

My personal favourite is Logan as he was so sweet to Rory but he also put her in her place when he needed to. I agree Jess had the best development but if we were to only judge on how they were while they were dating Rory, he wouldn’t be the best as he constantly pushed her away and tried to pressure her to have s£x. They all have there bad moments but I feel like Logan and Rory balance each other out the most and fit the best together. Although Logan treated Jess terribly when they met, he had a reason, his girlfriend went behind his back to meet a guy and he only finds out as he got home early. Not to mention he was Rory’s ex. Not the biggest fan of teen Jess but adult Jess deserves so much. I’m pretty sure the whole fandom agrees that dean was not the best boyfriend as he was quite controlling and immature. He cheated on his wife for her but still never divorced Lindsey. My list goes: Logan, Jess, Dean.

Eloise and Theo have so much potential for an amazing love story and season! Hopefully the writers would realize that, especially when Eloise’s book is the worst out of all the siblings. 🤞🏼

The secret letters she is writing to someone from the book could be changed from Sir Philip to Theo. It would make more sense. She’s very secretive about her letter writing, with this plotline she’d have a reason to be.

Thought I love Rory and Jess but I also love Rory and Logan I disagree Jess is not the perfect boyfriend they barely had anytime together as a couple and Logan got little bit of season 4 and then he got 5 6 7 and the revival sorry life not fair girl Logan is the perfect boyfriend he changed his whole life for her he became her boyfriend he let her stay his apartment and he asked her to marry him get it right girl or don’t get it right at all and I think she should have married Logan

Kanthony wasn't etl, they were idiots to lovers, lol. But anyway, not only was Theo created for the show specifically for Eloise, he was tailor-made to be a perfect match for her in every possible way. "Except" social class, which makes them an example of the classic (but not often used) forbidden romance trope, "princess & pauper" (or as you said, "rich and poor"), in the vein of Jasmine/Aladdin, Rose/Jack, Anastasia/Dimitri, etc. The closest to this in the Bridgerverse is [**possible spoilers for upcoming seasons**] Benedict's (book) romance--a take on "Cinderella". But not only are "Cinderella" iterations about a dime a dozen (love them, but they're common as hell), 1) his wife, while illegitimate, is still connected by blood to nobility, and 2) it wasn't AS big a deal for a man to marry a much lower status woman, as the reverse. So endgame Theloise would REALLY be a radical way to go, and a completely different type of match from all her siblings.

I hope Theo and Eloise reign together, It would be great and better to be honest 💚

This would be a great idea for a storyline! Theo and Louise really could change the minds of the ton by getting married as Eloise has already established a relationship with the Queen and she is the key really.

I just think that as teenagers Jess was bad for Rory and as adults Rory was bad for Jess, in a different way. Rory and Logan match each other at every point in their relationship, I just think the two of them work best. But hey, as muchch as team Jess and team Logan argue at least we can agree that Dean sucks

I didn't really care about who Rory should be with. She clearly can't have relationships because she doesn't communicate well with her partners. She was better off figuring out herself first.

When I saw them sharing the screen for the first time I knew they should be the endgame. I was obsessed with this ship and still I am. It infuriates me that people want to follow the books. I'm manifesting theo and eloise end up together. Philip and Eloise should not be the endgame like come on eloise wouldn't like to be a step mom and her life would be come more boring. Plus in the series I don't think eloise and Maria are enough close to each other for eloise to send condolences.

I love loagan he always treated her so well and although he could be a jerk some times he got so kind and caring he was really funny and smart 😊😊😊

Jess is a good friend for Rory, i think among all of guy friends rory has, Jess is one of a kind, but to be her boyfriend, NO. His action when he force himself to Rory and she told him no but he said “you come on your own” was really worse. That action might be forgiven but cannot be forgotten. And please, he once asked Rory to leave Yale and everything to come with him to live together, so later Rory comeback to Yale is not entire because of Jess call her out but progress of what happened with her since she left Yale. I’m not hating Jess but sometimes i feel like some people of team jess forget those things Logan the other hand asked her twice before they went to that step, he has flaws but he somehow acknowledge and apologize and communicate with Rory. He knows and observe Rory pretty well by telling her she’s a girlfriend material, a good debater, loves school. He’s a bit upset when she drops yale, but he didn’t lash out on Rory, and as he understand what she’s been through he said she could give one month before really dropping yale.

DEFINITELY JESS!!! He was crappy at the beginning but he got better and could see thru Rory’s bullshit and wasnt afraid to challenge her. He actually SAW her. Dean was insufferable even in the first season and Logan?!? Come on!! He is the type of partner that would cheat on you and then tell you it was your fault for letting yourself “go”. I never liked Dean nor Logan. Both so entitled and misogynistic in their own way.

with all the times she had doing city events, helping her mom, and dating in hs, am I the only one who thinks that she is not working too hard for anything? she got everything thrown to her and the reality of life kicks her and she hasnt figured out how to bounce back. guess at 30 she is still growing up

The one part of the sequal that makes sense for me is Rory not having a stable form of employment. She would have graduated in 2007 either just before or at the very start of the 2007/2008 global financial crisis, which caused massive redundancies (I lost my job at the time because of it, as I was the newest employee) and changes to how job searches and applications worked. Granted with her connections from Yale and through family /friends she could have found something, but turning down headmaster Charleston's offer made no sense - even if she still wanted to be pursuing journalism or writing, she could have taken the job to keep the lights on and sustain her whilst pursuing her passion alongside it

Logan was no doubt the best boyfriend for rory. I love Jess, but your reasons had a lot of inconsistencies. Jess was such an awful boyfriend to Rory while Logan was great throughout the course of their relationship.

I feel like the loyalty percentage for Logan is too low, he genuinely thought that had broken up due to lack of communication and past experiences, however he changed his entire life time and instantly ditched his other flings as soon as Rory said she couldn’t do this kind of relationship, and he sticked to it I guess I’d give Logan at least 12% for loyalty

it made me laugh because the worst boyfriend IMO was Logan and everyone was indifferent about him or loved him. Lorelai didn't really care, Emily and Richard loved him because he was rich. Jess, also IMO treated Rory like a normal person. Didn't put her on a pedestal like Dean and the rest of the town (and family), and he also treated her well, gave her the most meaningful gifts and conversations (mainly regarding their shared love of books and music), Jess was also the more grounded one in the relationship and was truly self-made. Considering that he ended up as a successful writer in the revival, it shows how mature and self-reliant he really was. The town and most especially Lorelai (which was so surprising to me because Jess and Lorelai had a lot of similarities), treated him horribly and drove him out of Stars Hollow Inevitably, I don't think Jess and Rory would've been good together for a long-term relationship. I think Jess deserved better than her. But out of all the boyfriends, they were the most compatible and I believe Jess had the best intentions. *p.s. Rory was a classic case of always wanting what you can't have. When Jess was with that girl, Rory was jealous and was really mean to her. When Dean was with Lindsey, Rory wanted Dean, even after breaking up with him to be with Jess. When she got back with Dean, she was falling in love with Logan and playing with Dean's emotions AGAIN. I think the common problematic denominator in these relationships was Rory's inability to stay faithful. She was very opportunistic.

RORY WENT BEHIND HIS BACK TO MEET UP WITH JESS. she ghosted him & then accused him of cheating when he took her IGNORING HIM as them being broken up. Logan isn’t perfect but to put him below jess based on how he was DURING their relationship, i disagree 😭

The reality about Rory is that she isn't a "genius." She just grew up in a small town where there wasn't much academic competition to begin with, and she was surrounded by people who pretty much inflated her ego, all-day, every-day. By the time she graduated high school, she inaccurately believed the hype that she was in fact uniquely talented and hence the sense of entitlement. However when she arrived at college, it was the first time in her life where she actually did have academic competition, and she quickly discovered that she wasn't as talented as she had previously believed, and she didn't have the skills, humility or the grit to not only accept her newly-discovered inadequacies but to put in the hard work that is necessary to overcome them, and instead no longer having the wrap-around adulation of the people in the town she grew up in, she simply imploded. It's not that unusual.
