Where in Jamaica do said building contractors go to school, register, or study construction cost to provide accurate cost to compare to quantity surveyor reports??? A building contractor is a profession, so how you have a profession without an education program and expect good results??

If a person clean up a parcel of land fence it and live on it for over 12years can someone just come and pay taxes and clame it and get a title. Forcing the posser of it

At this point all land should be able to identify property owner on a database because the land agency have a property number/title so they can use that to create a list of names base on tax ID.
