Hey bro. When u said your engine mounts were loose, did they “look “ or “feel” loose? Cuz I swear mine are tight but it’s vibrating like hell and I’m 100 percent top end , bottom end are good we just redid it. I forgot the stator woodruff key, thought that would solve it but it’s still there. I’m wondering if I should just tighten it to bloody hell or what? Any advice or experience you can share with me would greatly be appreciated.

These parts look great I love the Satin Aluminum H-151 look. I am going to spray my cases with the same color. I was hoping you could tell me how much cerakote did you use for this project? Right now all I have is one of those 4.oz testers. Do you think 8 ounces would be enough for all this?

My stock carb is having problems with dumping gas from the overflow. We cleaned it out and installed a new needle, and it still does it. Tried lowering the float level just to see, still dumps, but it seems a little better. The strangest thing is that it's intermittent, but very persistent. After assembling it it won't leak. Take a short ride and it seems fine 'till you stop, then it starts dumping, not every single time, but most times. Every time I put the bowl back on it seems fine, then will dump whenever it feels like it, sometimes after just sitting there a couple minutes. Any thoughts? The float moves freely, and if I hold it up it stops the fuel as soon as the needle touches down without compressing the spring.

The end of my motor mount bolt broke off so I guess I should just get a new bolt for it?

I have the full HMF exhaust on both of my 2018's and have tried all the jet sizes that came with it, 100, 105 and 110 with lid off. The 110 pulls the hardest with the lid off. I ran same trail and it will pull wheels getting into it in 2nd gear coming out of the turn but wont with lid on or any of the smaller jets. Sounds much louder as well. It's just too corked up with any of the smaller jets. I also put the smog delete kit on it from Whitaker Performance out of Ohio. These are great little quads for what they are. I bought them for my kids but they never rode them so me and the wife have been taking them out every weekend and they will go anywhere I want to, no 4x4 needed and they are light and easy to manage and go a long way on a tank of gas.

Your idle is way to high. It's should thump about 2 times a second at idle.

I have the same problems and i completely rebuilt my motor. Cant fi d any air leaks with carb cleaner. Gonna just change the crank seals again at this point been fighting it for a couple weeks. New carb jetting etc and nothing works
