Check the site contents where u would like to add the app. The web part can be used on any site on any pages. If the lists r not created you can create them using the settings menu.

Thanks for the response! They’re not under Site Contents so I’ll create them manually. But the app doesn’t show up as a web part I can add when editing a page so I’m unable to use it. Any ideas?

Hi @@c3ptik in SharePoint the app you add from App Store will show up in the Site Contents. Once the app is added, you should be able to add the web part in any pages.

Hi, since you have a huge data that needs to be synced, i suggest you to sync in batches for the initial. There are some limitations in data transfer and power automate execution on M365 which differs based on the license you procured.

Thanks Sudharsan, is there a way to find out what are the limits? Also there are probably more than 400,000 files so doing block updates might be difficult.

@@sudharsankgoogle no, I only tried Power Automate Desktop but it doesn't have all the features of Power Automate Cloud. For example, there isn't the action "when a new email arrives"

Thanks for the feedback. Just now tried with the Managed Metadata and Date and Time field. The metadata of the file is also copied or moved to the destination library. Please check whether you are using the same field name (internal name).

@@sudharsankgoogle thank you for replying. When you say 'internal name' do you mean the column displayed name? If not is there a 'hidden' name to a field? As even the Single Line Text values don't come over.

@@MrGaztab Its not the display name. Go to list settings and click on the field you would like to copy or move to another list. On the browser address bar at the right end, you should see Field=<internal name>. The internal name should match to copy/move the metadata info.

Hi, its not recommended and its not the best practice to pull all the 6L data. The video is how you can leverage different coding methods to handle the large list without the throttle or threshold issue. The best practice is to apply filter and make sure the data that are returned are below 5K where the users wont see much degrade in the performance. The moment you increased the count more than 5K then you have compromise on the time.

The same for me, there is no "Get Team Folders" (body/d/results?). This video lacks precision to be useful. The explanation of the existing flow does not give the necessary information to reproduce it.

Hi, somehow i missed this comment. The action name is 'Send an HTTP request to SharePoint' and I renamed to 'Get Team Folders' for understanding purpose. Sorry if it created a confusion. Here we need to use the api url '_api/web/getfolderbyserverrelativeurl' passing in the SharePoint Folder url to fetch the folders and files to sync to google drive. Let me know if you have any clarifications. Really sorry for the delay.

What is "body/d/results" in "Team Folders Childs Loop"? In the next condition, Power Automate says: "foreach " @body('GetFolders')" is of type "Object". The result must be a valid array. I think this is beyond my skills and I can't reproduce the flow step by step.

I haven't used any logic for changing the unsupported character, it is auto. Inside the scope i have used Create file action with the following values Folder Path - /Emails/@{outputs('Create_file')?['body/NameNoExt']}/ File Name - @{outputs('Get_Attachment_(V2)')?['body/name']} File Content - @{outputs('Get_Attachment_(V2)')?['body/contentBytes']} I used the filename as ~!@#$%^&()_+}{[];'.,`DF DF.pdf but when it is created it replaced the unsupported chars by _ and the final file name inside the onedrive is _!@#$%^&()_+__[];'.,`DF DF.pdf

@@sudharsankgoogle hi, after posting I found your website and saw the breakdown of the scope use. Not sure if anything has changed in power automate but the code does not paste in. Gives an error about parentheses.

Also found after testing that OneDrive now strips illegal characters itself out of file names. 😊

Hi Kamalesh, though it supports 5K items, it is not recommended to store a huge amount of items in the local cache which will increase the load in the browser and it will hang the browser most of the time. If you want to store huge items then you have to use the IndexDB storage not the local storage. Use the local cache for minimal number of items that are not modified often.
