This build is uber trash. Squishy as fuck, needs two years to build up all the modifiers for one simple burst... Trash.

I can seem to get that burst damage you do with going into shoud with the same build. Has this been changed ?

I wish I have good ping at wvw playing wvw with 300 ping is really real experience for me, again as starter touch wvw your cele guide is acceptable even people complaining or hate about cele gear. and congratulations
