Solo Camping in Japan | Kanatake, Fukuoka | 福岡、ソロキャンプ
Today I'm solo camping at Co_Yard Kanatake in Fukuoka Prefecture! This campsite can be accessed via public transportation and has a special discount for solo travelers. The location wasn’t as foresty as I would have liked, but I still enjoyed getting out into nature and putting my survival skills to the test.
Since this was my first time solo camping and I had to carry all of the gear, I opted for smaller and lighter items. Many of the items I used came from the Japanese dollar store! Watch to see what it's like to go solo camping in Japan!

Like you explained this so thoroughly that I could almost picture the steps you took when you described your experience!!! Thank you so much for this! VERY underrated video and I hope it gets more attention soon. Definitely following. You’re very good at explaining things. And congratulations on passing your N3 and N2!! I know it was 1+ years ago but still! Yay you!! You’re living the dream! I’m just worried about finances. Like I wonder about how people are able to just quit their job and move to Japan on a student visa. I figure they must have saved 20K or so or are working remotely maybe? That’s the only thing I wish I knew, was how people do this financially for day to day expenses. But seriously, thank you so much for this invaluable information! ❤

Sasebo Burger - The official standards for a Sasebo Burger, according to Sasebo Tourism Office’s Hideo Miyachi, are a homemade cooked-to-order patty served on a bun with as many local products (like tomatoes and lettuce) as possible. On average, Sasebo Burgers are 4.7 inches tall, and most city-certified burger shops have their own unique twist on the iconic sandwich.

Wow, what a great video! I can't thank you enough, this gave me more information than I expected. Although I think I can't move to Japan right away, 3 months of language school should give me proper insights if I really want to do the big step. GenkiJacs offer a course where you can switch location after minimum of 4 weeks. Do you think it would make sense to go from location to location after 4 weeks, with having a good experience on continuing the learning process? I can imagine they cannot tailor the classes so perfectly that you can switch seamlessly between the classes of the different locations, but on the other hand they offer this... I'm not sure what do to. I wish you the best for your ongoing journey, and I'm going to accompany you by viewing your content :)

Immersive Translate is a great tool you can use as a language learner. It’s a free browser extension that supports a wide variety of languages. With that kind of range, you’ll definitely have no trouble finding a language. I personally like to use it to generate subtitles to my CZcams and Netflix, and that’s how I’ve been integrating myself in my target language, which is Vietnamese. I’ve already learned a lot, which is really great.
