The man is a polised and precise player but he knows no chordal playing. He hits the odd barre chord and add a route and fifth then he does that useless wizzard moves with his hands in mid air and throws picks! He's a huge inflated ego who needs validation that he's the best in the world but he's not! There are so many players out ther who can kick hiss off the stage and play him under the table. Buckethead is one of them and hes not big headded either!

I get that he's played songs like this literally thousands of times over the past decades and he's bored out of his mind, doing it for the income and incidental download sales and Spotify streams etc. But if he's going to do it, he should put in some effort. He's missing notes, slurring notes and really sloppy. The thing that was so interesting about this guy back in the 80s when he hit, was how perfectly clean his playing was at that speed. Now it's a sloppy mess and completely uninteresting.

Still amazed at 59 years of age he still has the speed as most guys get Arthritis and cant play as fast as 35 years ago when they were young , Yngwie must practice a lot.

the Alcatrazz stuff, Rising Force, Marching Out and Trilogy are some of the best hard-rock music ever made and will always stand the test of time in my book. Odyssey I don't like as much even though it's a good record, the Göran Edman albums I hardly ever listen to because I don't care for him as a singer, Facing the Animal i REALLY good because I love Mats Leven's voice...or Cozy Powell After that I kind of lost interest.. What Malmsteen seems to think is that everybody listens to him for HIM... Lots of People listen to him for the band as much. This is as good to me as listening to King Diamond without quality musicians and King doing voice acrobatics ala Cristina Aguilera... When I see this kind of stage set-up I imagine the next step would be the band playing behind the Marshalls...? I checked out his new album on youtube with the comments full of people PRAISING him for how good it is... I´m like ARE YOU CRAZY????? The production sounds like recorded on a potato... it doesn't even feel worth it to use ClipGrab and copy it... Some traces of good songs are there I guess, some solos sound interesting I guess, he still is who he is but at this point he needs AN INTERVENTION...

Incredible, Yngwie never disappoints he's such a unique super talent. No one has that classical edge and style like he has. Keep killing it Yngwie. And btw, guys behind him are awesome as well great show guys!
