I am lactose intolerant and goat milk is the best option. I’ve been drinking it for my whole life and it never caused any issues. So, if you are lactose intolerant, try goat milk.

No other species drinks milk from another animal. Also, the darker your skin, the more likely you're lactose intolerant.

So sad that we cant eat almonds because they were .ade for wild animals... Thats probably why a lot of people have nut allergies ✊😞

Do you know that lactose intolerance mostly becomes a condition when people already had intestinal diseases like Crohn‘s disease, intestinal infections or food allergies? And btw: There are also many people out there with Celiac disease. Are we not supposed to eat bread now?
