The KKMoon has a tank-gauge, but no lamps for "tank empty", "tank very empty" and Oil-pressure. So I placed two yellow and one red lamps on the bracket. I also changed the water-temperature control-switch to a temperature feeler (standard car-part), to make the temperature gauge work.

From what I can see, Permatex is just a type of silikone. I would definitely not use that to glue the seal. You need something strong there. The silikone may work to seal the housing, in case the rubber seal has gone hard.

You mean the oscilloscope-wires? Look at the video 1:02. Connect to the ignition-control-box in the tail of the bike. The white wire goes to the rear-cylinder coil, black/yellow to the front coil, black/white is ground.

@@nicoburian4417 der Fehler ist eben nur das Symptom wie beim Niesen. Die Ursache kann ein Virus sein, Bakterien oder bloss nasse Füße 😃.

Welche weisse Kiste? Das Plastikgehäuse mit der Automatik? Unter dem Gehäuse sind zwei Schrauben. Wenn die ab sind, kann man das ganze Gehäuse nach vorne ziehen und runterklappen. Dann kommt man gut ran.

I used a 10 dollar electric fuel pump from e-bay. However, the ticking annoyed me. This year I found a cheap aftermarket membrane-pump which I installed instead. One more thing: Look at the needle-valve seat in both carburetors. It has a fine filter that gets plugged up with polymerized "biofuel" over time. This year both my filters were plugged up. I bought a Carburetor-repair set, that contained new seats, needles and filters.

Can u send details on new pump and the carby kit u bought I love my bike and want it to run like it should it's great when both cylinders are working mines 20 years old but It's great for daily commute

I later changed to a vakuum-pump found on Wish.com with the following text: Durable Motorcycle Vacuum Fuel Pump, Sturdy Vacuum Fuel Pump, High Reliability for Motorcycle Scooter Gy6 50Cc-250Cc It looks like the original, but I had to build a new bracket and re-route the vakuum and fuel hoses. The carb-repair set was this: www.ebay.de/itm/185299565818 Should be available on ebay in your country too.

Leider nein! F4 ist eine Brennerstörung, das kann viele Ursachen haben. Da müssen Sie den Ablauf genau verfolgen. Läuft der Ventilator, kommt Gas rein, ist der Schornstein frei, ist ein Zündfunke vorhanden usw. Lieber einem Fachmann überlassen!

F4 ist eine Fehlermeldung von der drehzahlgeregelten Heizkreispumpe. Wenn die Meldung trotz intakter/gewechselter Heizkreispumpe kommt, sind es oft Verkrustungen im Heizkreis innerhalb der Therme, die den Wasserdurchfluss stören/hemmen.

The idea of the vakuum-pulse is to close the fuel supply? Sorry, but that is wrong. The bike has a vakuum controlled fuel-valve, which closes the fuel supply, and a vakuum pump, whose function is to supply fuel to the carbs, as the tank at almost empty has a lower level than the float chambers. I do intend to change the pump back to a pulse type, as I have found one on Wish. The vakuum type has one big disadvantage over the electrical though. If you run out of fuel, it can be difficult to get the air out. Chain-saws have a priming pump, the Suzuki hasn`t.

@@elchapulin2434 I know and understand the fuel valve. The exact function of the the pulse pump escaped me, until now. I assumed it was a redundant shut off to the primary fuel valve. Thanks for explaining. 👍

@@elchapulin2434 The electrical one has a big advantage too....😁 it can break down. A non working vacuum pump will leave you with at least one cilinder running, as you proved. By the way, that was some awesome troubleshooting you did there though. Hats off ✌

Take ur time and check if u get current to the spark plug, check if u get fuel at all times in the rear cylinder,or better yet,get ur bike to a good mechanic

@@Alex-tl1dm Compañero, usted tiene toda la razon. Yo he discutido nuestro caso con abogados en la Habana y en Camagüey, y todos me han dicho que esto no puede pasar asi en Cuba. Pero sí pasó así! Y cuando se dieron cuenta que yo realmente estaba deciendo la verdad, me aconsejaron de quejarme con el Consejo de Estado. Lo malo que de la Habana mandaron los de Bayamo a investigar el caso. Por supuesto no salio nada bien de esto. Que los permitimos entrar? Compadre qué tu vas a hacer si un Sabado a la 7 de la mañana hay 120 policías, militares y oficiales civiles frente a tu casa. Ya estaban en el jardín, tenían la casa rodeada. Que hicimos algo ilegal? Y porque tu cres que tenían que inventar una acusación tan rídicula despues de 1 año de "investigación"?
