This is a "gentlemen's dance" which tells a story of a hunting or war party.

This is in commemoration of the journey that the Chiricahua Apaches made when they were released from prison after 27 years as prisoners of war. They ran from Ft Sill, OK to Mescalero, NM. Estimated 522 miles. Miss Mescalero 2013, Deandra Balatche is in the video clip.
