Last night, I also woke at 3am thinking of field notes…bees! 🐝 🐝 🐝

You've got alot of really good fabric choices there. I've not got alot tbh I can use, some botanicals florals. Etsy here I come. I love these Cathe Holden fabrics, just what you need for pages

Beautiful fabrics, the flowers you have pressed beneath the books you can use the Hapa zome aka flower pounding method to print the flowers onto the fabric. I am doing this for some of my native flowers and leaves. Simply lay your flowers between fabric and with a large stone or a hammer or mallet, hammer each flower completely and you will have 2 printed pieces of fabric. Looking forward to seeing your Field Notes evolve. I didn't know where to start so I just stitched 'filed notes' onto fabric to get myself started.

Love all the little embroideries and Suffolk puffs you’re adding. It’s going to look fab. We’re also watching Bridgerton, I saw the embroidery bit too! 🌸

If you can find Hollywood Beauty Oil in your pharmacy or equivalent of Walmart, rub it into your skin anywhere you have sores or skin ailments. It is a tea tree oil mixture with other oils. It is very light weight and soaks in. It's good for itchy skin, too. When I have allergic flair ups, it stops the itch. I have also used it as a facial night treatment. It will heal acne overnight. I don't use liquid makeup anymore, just a mineral powder.

Your finished box is lovely, you must be happy with it.😊 Trish Burr does amazing embroidery. The rose bud that is in my video this weekend is from one of her books. I was so intimidated stitching it, so I want to do more like that so the intimidation can grow slowly into comfort!😅
