I was wondering when you would appear here too, fan boy :) It's been ten years since. These guys today can do quite serious damage to you, even without "magical powers". When are you going to show up there and say, "I'm here to prove you all fake!". We'll just see how much you love the floor. :)

@@indefenceofthetraditionalmaGo and ask them. Just be careful not to let them know you're coming, because they might run away out of fear. When have they seen a stand-up comedian as scary as you? :) By the way, Fabricio Werdum loves the floor too. Do you have a problem with him too? :) And when will we see some video of your fighting exploits? With wooden and empty forms of Taiji Quan we have already seen, give something more active, show how good you are at sparring, as you are good at stupid comments. :)

Stick, adhere, join, follow is the primary skill of not just tai chi interaction but all internal martial arts.

Heaven and earth is one with horizon. Heaven, earth and man becomes one just in 1 condition, it s laying on the ground. Heaven earth and man becomes parallel. So what if these were all ground fighting applications that are deciphered in forms with doing with standing up

This is useful to a degree, but training only on that becomes vanity. It's like denying reality because you become good in one aspect involved with a fight that has many and more powerful ones. That is, WHAT DO YOU DO WITH PUNCHES/STRIKES AND KICKS coming in at speed, from angles you are not aware of, in shapes unpredicted and with full chaotic aggression? Those are the issue that puts you in real danger, not someone pushing you or grabbing you. Making like you don't see that threat because you mastered push hands, chi sao etc. is not wise. What do you think, rather do you have a link addressing realistically such issues?

It is true Tai chi works better in a real fight. I was once in the men's room at the urinal and a guy took a swing at me without thinking I used grasp sparrows tail warded off rolled back in an instant he seized up and I pressed he flew a foot off the ground into the wall. I was as shocked as my attacker was! Because there was no thought it was all instantaneous. If you have to stop and think about it you are already too late.

Just stand for a few hours a day in meditation and don't forget seated mediation. How many Americans can stand still for a few hours in meditation? The secret is there is no secret. Knowledge is one thing. Virtue is another. I know nothing. I am no thing. Heaven is truth. Hell is a lie. We love you Sufu! Thank you.

Looks very rehearsed, reminds me of Real Aikido where they claim it is real simply by applying the techniques faster, but still playing the stacker and defender like actors. Too bad we don't see real fighting..

YOU KNOW, I RARELY VIEW THE COMMENTARY FOR THESE CLIPS . THE MESSAGE AND INSTRUCTION OF EACH ONE IS RATHER SELF CONTAINED THAT IS to say, COMPLETE AND CLEAR [as in each lesson's relevance is rather clear/ OBVIOUS. ] I was a little surprised at SOME of the negative commentary I saw [not most were, of course but some] and than I kind of realized simultaneously that this astute fellow is SPEAKING and teaching and "elaborating" [ if you will] with individuals who already intrinsical have SOME sort of clue as towards the direction of development in this practice. THAT is what is being built upon and refined, as it were. "ELEVATED" even possibly. I.E. it might be posed, If you don't. have. a. clue > these excerpts, CLIPS and lessons AREN'T for you to begin with.
