so i got an upgrade for my retroid 2 since my left analogue stick broke, and I was on their shop anyways for a replacement. while i wasn't interested in the 3 due to the switch form factor, the flip caught my eye. great from first glance, gonna mod the hinge stop to allow it to tilt back more. let me know if you want to see a video on that, or a screen recorder based setup guide.

review: these headphones ended up being pretty great. good battery life, you can charge and listen at the same time, and the quality is great. only gripe is that there isn't a dedicated bluetooth button, so you have to disconnect from the device you're connected to instead of from the headphones themselves.

If I use GRUB, will it work?
Thank you very much
this is save my life lol, thanks for your video is very help me solved this problem...
I love the way Ubuntu looks but my distro of choice is and will remain Fedora. So, I wrote a simple bash script that automates all those tasks shown in the video. It takes a couple of seconds only and it's done. Script is called FedoraToUbuntuLook and can be found on one of these major code platforms.
Thank you! We’re probably in the minority but I love how Ubuntu looks too, but don’t want to use snaps, Fedora is a bit more cutting edge, and I love dnf
The future looks good for immutable core for me. I could not compare them as I tried to install MicroOS, but it kept running into fatal finalisation errors that I could not resolve using their forum, so I gave up. I next tried Silverblue, but with the added advantage of using Fedora Workstation as a daily driver for a few months prior. So once I got used to rpm-ostree and toolbox, it has become my daily driver. It has worked flawlessly: installed wireless printers that CUPS says are not supported; simple-scanner. MicroOS and Silverblue claim to be targeted at developers, Silverblue seems to have also attracted first time Linux users who see it as something they can't easily break, much like Android, Steam, with a friendly desktop like KDE or Gnome. The simple rollback on the GRUB menu is a game-changer, unlike having to use grub-btrfs and snapper on an Arch-based system I once ran, this is looking very much like the future of computing. I also note Silverblue are planning this immutable core concept to become the standard in future Fedora editions. In all my years in open source dating back to Mandrake in 1998, this the most exciting thing to come to computing. Just my 2c.
thank you very much for this tutorial.
Cool car!!
good analysis!
I was hoping for better results, but he doesn't seem to know what he's doing... bad role model for information about the construction 😢
Is the external battery still working well?
Never heard of a flat. What in the world is a flat supposed to be?
So... would you say these things are worth it? i've seen them pop up a lot recently offering the 750ti (it's a pc for my nephew, don't want to super invest given his track record) but i don't know if these things can be really trusted...
Hi, can you give some reasons as to why replacing the thermal paste is worth doing on your laptop?
I would also consider -- gnome extensions or extension manager (available as a flatpak) -- get Dash To Dock. For the settings apply the following: Position and Size Tab -- Position on Screen: Left Intelligent Autohide: Off Panel Mode: Extend to the edge of screen Appearance Tab -- Shrink the Dash: On Customize window counters indicators: Dots Also in the Gnome Tweaks go to the Windows tab and turn on minimize and maximize buttons on the windows. Hope this helps anyone who wants it to look even more like the Ubuntu desktop -- but the hard parts to figure out are in the video Cheers.
you don't need to go through the settings that don't need to be changed
Ubuntu Looks + Fedora Under the Hood = ❣
thanks. On Ali i recently ordered a SZMZ GTX 750ti for old Windows games and RetroArch games. I hope it's good. 🤞🫰
Anyone else find this guy talks like Elon?
Both batteries still holding up?
How is it holding up?
I've given up trying to mod this thing, could not get it opened up and from my prying the case has scratches at the back now. Just gonna roll with the stock stabilizers now, they sound terrible but eh, what can you do. Nice vid, the keyboard looks and sounds really good!
nice keycaps bro, where did you buy them?
I installed Fabric without having a symlink and was frustrated was to why it didn't work. After watching the video I realized that i never put up a symlnk and that the .minecraft folder was just... sitting there. Thanks
Hi, is it possible with this software to map the tablet to a window like xournal? Having a widescreen monitor I would need the tablet to be only on one window!
I tried but I have a grub theme and I get prohibited by security boot policy
Have you found a solution? I also use grub as a bootloader. Just setup arch and next step is setting up secure boot
@@lukas-kevynmuller6697 Hi, I have also had problems with GRUB, following this guide or other guides about using sbctl, it doesn't work for grub, and according to what I've read, sbctl works with grub but it needs additional steps (that are beyond my knowledge), but I can confirm that sbctl works as described in this guide, if you use systemd-boot instead of GRUB. So my solution for now is: use systemd-boot as bootloader instead of GRUB.
My solution for now is: to use systemd-boot as bootloader instead of GRUB.
@@ArcaneTuber Yea I also removed grub. Poorly maintained, I have encryption set up, grub doesn't even have proper luks2 & argon support. Also during early boot Grub switched back to us keyboard layout and it's unnecessarily complicated to switch back to my keyboard layout. Grub you bad piece of software
how is going today?
Too bad native wayland Firefox is so unstable and crashes left and right. Stuck using the xwayland version on wayland, because it just works.
Did your BIOS ever block the battery?
Thank you for this. I've been searching on and off how to restrict the screen area in Wayland for some time now and this has really helped.
Is this keyboard gasket mounted? How can I find it cheaper, it's about 60 USD for me right now (in Europe)
Why keyboard are you using? I really loved the sound.
Hi. thanks. Can you tell us how to select work area or specify monitor if using dual monitor?
Great job looks almost easy, thanks.
any thoughts so far?

Great video!! Make me wonder if this can also be done on a laptop ?

Bullshit
I had some problems with archinstall when I tried deviating from the default partitioning scheme - I'd get errors if I wanted /boot/efi instead of just /boot, or if I wanted it to reuse existing partitions made before invoking archinstall. That was true with v2.5 and earlier, but I see 2.6 just came out, and the release notes indicate changes in the disk partitioning, so maybe this has been fixed. Time to try it again.
this camera angle is awful.

How was the battery now?
it's doing ok still, sometimes have brownouts at low charge, but I usually recharge before i get to that level
@@sudopluto Thanks for the info! I have pulled the trigger and and received the batteries in less than a week! Internal battery does not die immediatly, I do not experience black-out.
@@sudopluto what % you mean by the low charge that the brownouts happen ?
