As an expert on Hot Peppers Austin should not eat spicey hot sauces or foods in general . I'm preaty sure his stomach is damaged or much more sensitive to it. Might want to go see a GI specialist. As continuing to do such things may cause a worse issue.

I eat my ice cream like Cam does. I prefer vanilla over chocolate but my wife will choose chocolate first. I don't like ice cream i have to chew with all the garbage in unless it is a fruit flavor like cherry or strawberry. probably my favorite is black cherry which is hard to find around here.
