I was part of the active duty training cadets in the summer of 1988 ,we were an engineer company from Ft Devens and trained them in demolitions, it's funny to think Devens is no longer open and these kids have already retired from the army, I'm getting old 😂

Having served myself, and with my son now at West Point about to start his 2nd year, I can say that I couldn't be more proud of these young men and women. I have come to tears watching this video. In my opinion there is no greater privilege than to serve this country and watching them become leaders makes me so proud. My son graduated Air Assault school this week and comes home TODAY and he has said he can't wait to talk to me about his experience vs mine at Ft. Campbell. This video gives me proof positive that the American dream still exists and there are still people willing to defend it. God bless
