Coming from a person diagnosed with Asperger’s you sound like the most neurotypical person I have ever heard. You sound like you are giving a discussion to 4 years olds about how to use a pair a scissors.

Being technical here, but it’s no longer Autism anything or Level 1 anything. It’s ASD, Level 1, 2 or 3. ASD is Autism Spectrum Disorder & it’s no longer called Autism for short. Thanks for this video, we all need inspiration!

What are you going to do if anything happens to both you parents? I have two autistic children aged 10 and 11. I am autistic myself with various health issues. It keeps me awake at night worrying what will happen to my children when I am gone. In the UK is it likely my daughter will end up institutionalised if no one else helps her. Being sectioned with autism in the UK is very likely. I have experienced this myself. What is the American system like? It would be unfair to expect your non autistic children to become carers if that was what you had in mind.

I wondered a question 🙋‍♀️. Do they tend to frighten startle easily. I found my friends child would easily be visibly be startled 😮 like so instantly a loud or unusual sound would frighten her so deeply and physically jump and than just cry 😢. So sad

Speaking of the autistic lawyer, I think my autism helped me be a better juror! I got lots of praise from my fellow jurors for helping everyone stay focused on evaluating the facts of the case. I love logic and processes, so I gravitate to computers and software, and I guess also the law!

All of the stems i use where listed. I am severely autistic. My main stems are biting, rocking and banging my head so i could deffenatly resignate with this. Most of the time people yell at me that I'm annoying and telling me to stop.

My grandson does this constantly. Especially when running. And he is always running. It's like nails on a chalkboard to me. My daughter just ignores it. I have no idea what to do or say about it, so I just let it happen and tolerate it. But I hate it. I have sensory issues myself, and my biggest one is loud noises.

Does Simon talk? If so when did he start talking?
