I was in the house that. Morrison was a bit tipsy and Jimi was wearing a big black Zorro hat. After a while Morrison pulled off Jimi's hat and to everybody's surprise Jimi was wearing big hair rollers in his hair. It was so funny till Jimi jumped in Morrison's Face and you could see Morrison was afraid and gave Jim his had back right away and walked off the stage. To bad no photo.
🥲
You can hear how wicked Jimi was here for the time !!! He was beyond all !!! ...Incredible Thank's 👍
Probably kind of keeping an eye on Jimbo (smashed) throughout and wondering what Jimbo was going to do next 😳 ...while busting out some riff at the same time huh 😂 (He was joking around not saying the Door's ...you can hear him laugh at the end when he didn't ...(Maybe quick enough thinking out of respect for the other member's of the Door's not to say the band's name (as he knew it was being recorded) and as he knew Jimbo was smashed ? 🤔 ...) ...the little lead part's were incredible with all the whammy bar throughout ... Imagine if he'd had a year's later guitar with lock nut/ floyd rose or khaler/ seymore duncan's and the improved equipment/ effect's of today etc It would have been interesting for sure any album's he would have made ! ...Particularly when you listen to the cry of love ...he was a master beyond ! ... Jimi ! ✝️
I just did some research on this supposed Hendrix "jam" and there are three or four versions floating around on the internet. Here is what I have learned; For openers it is NOT Brian Jones playing the sitar . It is definitely Dave Mason playing all the sitar and he isn't very good. There is one longer version that sounds like it could be Hendrix playing what sounds more like a steel slide in a lower register, but it sure isn't this one. Chas Chandler reportedly came across a tape around 1988 that had been found during an Olympic Studios clean-out. Chandler says the tape box had been mislabeled with Brian's name on it ... He called in Redding and Mitchel to accompany it . Noel wrote some lyrics for it and it became "There Ain't Nothing Wrong" which was eventually released officially on "Noel Redding - The Experience Sessions" (2003)and a lot of other people tried doing something with it too.. If you are here because you wanted to hear Jones and Hendrix jamming ... I'm sorry to disappoint but Brian is nowhere on this tape and very little of it could be Jimi..
A+++
@@user-ub6im7gs6u Thank You, User. It seems Jones fans are ready to believe anything posted about Jones without questioning any of pile of garbage people make up.
Dude...fake as shit!!! Doesn't sound a bit like Hendrix..even less like an outtake from 68.. Come on!! And if it was some kind of a rehearsal demo or outtake or whaterver you believe it to be..why the session engineer would have insert a fade out at the end??
Definitely NOT Hendrix. The sitar playing is bad enough that it could be Brian. But there is no way that slide guitar is Jimi.
Can you tell us who the real guitarist was-second request
@@brendankane3546 I have no idea the history or the source of this audio clip. I can only tell you that it is definitely NOT Jimi Hendrix, and whoever it is, is not very good.
@@williardbillmore5713 no body else played like that-and until YOU reveal who this mystery guitarist was-your argument,as usual has no merit whatsoever.
@@williardbillmore5713 are you not going to claim that it was actually Keith Richards or Ry Cooder, like you usually do ?
@@brendankane3546 It could be anybody. I know how Hendrix sounded and this was not Hendrix.
Nice 🙂
The photo was taken by his pal Dennis Hopper
Dennis Hopper !? sounds great. nice photo!
hot stuff in th’ mar-in-nee! :-)
This sounds awful and I don't believe that is Hendrix playing slide. He was so much better than that.
Sounds very much like Jimi, and undoubtedly played on a Fender Stratocaster
It's Hendrix, it's a strat, and this is awful.
@@BlueLou974 Not Hendrix . This is a phoney ruse.

Thanks your reactions. this movie is may in New Orleans . Great shows!!
Hmmmm 👂🏽…. with a grain of salt🗿….. very interesting bass and drums …. animal skin tone 🙀with a strong whiff of Moroccan interplay 🪬. The glass slide does not seem as intensely probing as Jimi normally lifts up to the skies with his soloing 🎸…. still very interesting … let me change pipes and listen again. 🧞♂️Harder to obtain quality kif from the Rif mountains anymore. 🫠🌍
Thanks your Reactions. sounds great.
I'm not sure if Dave Mason has ever been to Morocco but he is the one playing sitar in this audio clip.
Where does this actually come from? More explanation please...
recorded by 1968-69? Plays sitar Brian jones?! jimi plays slide guitar.
It's been on bootlegs as an "Axis: Bold As Love" studio outtake, but is just as likely an "Electric Ladyland" outtake.
It's a rare example or the only one of Hendrix playing slide guitar, Johnny Winter played slide on Hendrix's outtake version of Guitar Slim's "The Things I Used To Do."

one of the tracks seems like a recent recording. is it?
Recorded by 1968-69? Jimi Plays Slide Guiar .
@@StudioEchoPointIt has often been said by those close to Jones, esp Richards, that by this time he was incapable of even playing guitar let alone sitar because of his drug-taking. But this would tend to make that a lie if it were recorded in 1968-69.
@@stevegordon8474 um... This sitar plays not brian? Dave mason ? I don't Knows...
It was on bootlegs (some were cassettes), supposedly as Brian Jones w/ Jimi, then it came out later that it was Dave Mason.

Tuba Skinny is actually a group of aliens from a musically superior planet.
У меня батя когда был пьяный всегда любил эту песню слушать, он всегда представлял себя гитаристом и играл на невидимой гитаре в пьяном угаре. Музон реально под алкашкой сильно цепляет, очень уж музыка полна эмоций ....

One of the finest renditions of a classic
Unfortunately the sound recording of this piece was way beyond appalling. I am sure TS was on top of their game as always but are done a disservice by the sound equipment used. I still will follow TS and regard them as the best jazz exponents of the 21st century.
Most of Tuba Skinny's performances aren't filmed at all, so I think we should be grateful to the people who share their phone recordings, no matter what those recordings are. As for me, the sound in this particular recording is no worse than much posted on CZcams and is quite acceptable for recording from a dance hall. If you don't like recordings from the audience, listen to CDs.
@@jouli_rew maybe we shld club together and get a team that contacts and assists recordists of the performers. Maybe allow them to stand closer to the stage and have more close-ups. I am not into cds and prefer the effort taken to record what is happening. Mayhaps TS themselves could be more accomodating. I live far away from America and will probably never be able to attend a live performance of the group. I am also much more into Classical music and serendiputously happened onto TS and was blown away by their sound.
One hot band.
Tuba Skinny " the ultimate band" 💚👍

Many thanks! This is the 2nd part of "El deber de los dos". The duty of both (Lyrics, google translation) I came just to see you to tell you what I feel, just to ask for forgiveness for how much she cried for me. I can no longer see her suffer because when I see her I also suffer, the duty of both is to live and forget our lack of love. If we loved each other and we love each other much more, We will kiss and swear to make peace. The duty of both is to live and forget our lack of love, and return to the heavens to ask blessing to this great Creator.
Thanks a lot . Sounds Great !

Boy oh boy, does Jim Morrison suck.
Yeah? And why is that?
He sucks so bad that his poetry and music are Tought in major colleges.. know what you're talking about before you open your mouth and stick your foot in it
Why would you even make a comment like that so stupid?
Morrison had a decent vocal delivery of the commercial songs Robbie Krueger wrote. Morrison’s words were junk. Morrison’s immature drunken behavior ruined the Doors. His on stage antics were in poor taste. Morrison said his parents were dead, in an effort to hide he was a military brat. Morrison’s admiral dad was involved in the fake Gulf of Tolkien incident, which drove America into the Vietnam conflict. This resulted in thousands of young Americans being killed and maimed. Morrison’s horrible heroine girlfriend caused the ultimate trouble, Morrison’s death in Paris.
@@thomaspick4123 yeah that's why his music and poetry are actually Tought in some major colleges because he sucked so bad? No he didn't that's strictly your self opinionated BS all that is
