Hi Dr Yousef, I am 4 weeks out for step 1. I didn’t finish UW. I got 154 in self assessment that was predicted 3 digit score. I could not manage my time. I haven’t done any NBME so far. Should I do NBMEs and do UW in between ? I really need your suggestion please.

Hi yousef, you're amazing dude, God bless you 💙 I wanna ask you question and hope you answer plz cuz I'm so afraid from not taking notes from Uworld cuz most people say it's a must and actually it waste all of my time because I'm a second year student and take many new notes as I'm not exposed to all of the content yet and have a gap in my knowledge, so should I take the new concepts as notes or wait until I expose to them

Question banks & Anki decks are the secret studying in general. You have to just do them.

Hi Dr Youssef , I'm still a student (took internal medicine, surgery , cardiology , pulmonolgy , dermatology and Neurology) I have 3 month and 2 wks vacc , would you advice me to study the USMLE data and try to go for the exam in 4 month ? 2:45 I’ve taken exam in early March this year and I can for sure say exam is hardlyy like nbme idk what it was like when he took it or so Most ppl said the same nbmes are v much like the real exam but they real exam had such lengthy questions as uworld so much similar to uworld I just felt like doing uworld blocks jn there maybe things have changed recently it was 85% uworld like and many things based on general understanding and past knowledge of anatomy etc and a few that I had not seen anywhere!!! So mind it practice uworld as much as can plus time management have a hold on that (I felt lacking here may be an individual specific thing)
