I find this very jazzy. surprisingly for this being a different version, I surprisingly think this is a lot better than the original, even though I do like the original and have a very mild dislike for the arranged version. For me, I feel like this really should have been the actual arranged version compared to the one that they actually did. I still consider this to be one of my favorite mega man songs as a whole, even though others include, splash woman, Galaxy man, elec man (Mario), and a few stages from 11.

The world needs more of your both amazing and very faithful Mega Man X XG MIDI covers. Saying that this is a slapper doing justice is an understatement; this is almost 1:1 what I'd imagine this song would mostly sound like were it composed on a professional Yamaha MU100 or something close to it. That kind of faithfulness is extremely hard to come by. I hope your inactivity hasn't been due to anything negative. Fingers crossed you'll drop another slapper on us in the near future. ;)

This song is so rewarding after finally beating mega man 7. That goddamn wily capsule took me like a month to beat.

This is still my favorite cover of Fillmore, even after all these years. It seems to really grasp the tone and timbre of the original, without sacrificing its pace, or unduly emphasizing different instruments.

This popped into my recommended about 5 years ago and I loved it immediately despite not even knowing what it was. After searching I discovered it's a Snes game. My favourite console!? And one I've been lucky to possess my entire life. I bought Actraiser immediately as soon as I could and have been loving it immensely. Can't believe I hadn't heard of it until this song. People call it the precursor to Castlevania and I somewhat agree. It's more like the cousin to Castlevania - less famous, but just as talented. Definitely play this game. Especially if, like me, you need a break from modern games feeling unfulfilling.

I want this remix to play on my funeral, it is literally my favorite music in Sonic Advance 2, besides Ice Cap Zone Act 1 in Sonic 3, Wing Fortress Zone in Sonic 2 or Reach for the Stars from Sonic Colors XD

Your version is so true to the original that it sounds like this is the original intention of the composers. I know it's been a while since this remix, but if you ever get back to remixing Gradius, would you mind making a remix for Cosmo Plant? That's an amazing tune that nobody on CZcams ever got it right. I think you're the only one that would be able to make a truly faithful revamp! Thanks for all you great work so far. Your dedication really shines through!

I feel the only reason why sonic osts are so good is because the composers know their life is on the line when making the music. Sonic will get pissed if his games don’t have good music haha 😅
