Exciting times mate.. count me in on the new journey .. am sure the channel and you will go from strength to strength .. good luck am sure it will be quality prime Al viewing 😂lol😂
Sorry
Carnivore for three years getting younger every day
If you would like to share your story on this channel happy to set up?
Still planning to explore the raw meat route? Would be very interesting (and very primal)! Liked your recent interview with Jacob and I'm curious if you have started experimenting with raw meat as well. There is not so much serious stuff on this topic on CZcams (besides the raw meat chompers, let's say). I'm currently cooking most of my steaks blue rare and eating 8 to 10 raw egg yolks a day. Loving it. It just feels right. Still experiencing some minor transition effects though (digestion and electrolyte balance).
Yes I will be trialing it for a month at least, Jacob recommended some good sources for quality raw meat which has been ordered. 20th June will be my one year on carnivore so planning to start on raw from 21st to mark my second year
Please subscribe so I can see Carl run a 5k in a suit of armour …. 😂😂😂😂😂

very good interview, so much information to take in. but eye opening
Thank you for your comment
Such a fantastic interview Carl and Mark is very easy to listen to. I have saved both parts to go to when I’m struggling, which is daily at the moment !
That’s great to read and I am sure @m123caldwell would very flattered to read this !!!
Hi Carl, I've just caught up. I can confirm that at 58 I'm still an enthusiastic pub goer and party goer. Carling remains my go to beer but I've recently discovered the ultra dry Italian white wine Soave. The results are still fantastic. Bags of energy and doing two jobs. Being highly sociable I reach a lot of people who have watched my transformation. No more carnivore sceptics down the pub. They're all carnivore believers. In the last week I've caught up with 2 old colleagues. 1 from 2018 and 1 from 2020. Both were astonished. It's a nice feeling. 🙂
George, you go to prove that you don’t have to be a strict carnivore to be benefit from this lifestyle. Everyone has to find their level and what works for them. We will have to do a follow up recording when you have the time
I love red wine too, and whiskey 😊. Moderating was never a problem for me, but now, on carnivore, it's even easier, because even the one occasional drink would hit me like a rock and it's effect would let for days.
I found similar when on strict carnivore. Thank you for your contribution
good work
Thank you glad you think so
Interesting gentleman. I know Braintree well, my Nan lived there too, i hope you have a great trip home Mark. As for kidney disease, Dave Mac has a recent interview with a gent from Texas who was on dialysis and the transplant list and reversed it on carnivore.
Wow that’s amazing will have to look that one up
Very interesting! Thank you!
Enjoyed listening Carl & Mark 🏆 Awesome success story 🙏🏻❤️🎉
Glad you found it informative, is this way of eating of interest to you?
@@theprimallifestyle Yes Carl, giving up carbs helped my IBS, I’m an imperfect carnivore, carb addiction is a battle at times & I do slip up but now I can get myself well again instantly by eliminating the carbs/sugars 😊

It is a life changing lifestyle have you tried it ?
@@theprimallifestyle Absolutely! I'm 5 months in, doing so well on it.
@@hvs3 if you ever want to share your story and carnivore journey happy to set it up?
You speak for most of us. Barely two years ago I was a fat metabolic mess desperately reaching out to an inept health regime. Then I discovered low carb/keto and then carnivore. The ravages of a poor diet have left me with a hernia. My knees don't work. Probably due to Gulf War service and all the injections. Including the untested anthrax vaccine which crippled me at the time. But carnivore has given me energy, hope and enthusiasm. I can manage these irritating health problems. I am working a full time job but at the same time helping a much younger friend launch a new and exciting business as a racehorse trainer. I'm 60 next year and looking forward to a long and fruitful life. No chance of retirement, just actively enjoying life and being useful again. That feeling of being useful is very important to me.
The more people we can get the message of healing through diet the better - thanks for your comment and continuous support George

I’m 3 weeks in and haven’t lost a pound or had any increased energy 🤷♀️ I do think my thinking is clearer but that’s it so far… when does energy improve ???
The transition can take longer for some people as your body chemistry adjusts. How strict are you being on the diet? Are you having dairy, if so what? As these can be factors that affect the transition
Sorry, but no. Gallstones develop as a result of low fat diets. If the bile is not regularly depleted to handle incoming fats it will cause these problems in the gallbladder. A typical 'use it or lose it' type of deal.
Thank you for your comment and I do mention that in the video but it isn’t the only potential reason. It’s important in such explainer video I cover all aspects
@@theprimallifestyle I think we tend to over-complicate things. We just need to eat more animal fats, but somehow that doesn't seem to be the politically correct enough answer.🙂
@@Lamz.. I totally agree as since I have been on the carnivore lifestyle I find the more fat I eat the better my results. However, it would be wrong of me to assume that works the same for everyone, as we are all made up of different chemistry. Therefore, such content I provide needs to try and cover all aspects and not make assumptions on my own results alone. The principal of this channel is to put out content that hopefully people find interesting and hopefully help them on their own journey of discovery and make their own informed decisions. Hope you understand.
@@theprimallifestyle Nothing that you said in your video is technically wrong, but you keep on hammering on cholesterol being the culprit. It's comparable with the arterial plaque and calcification, where cholesterol also takes the blame, but is not the cause. As a layperson one could very well get the impression that a diet low on fatty meat (and therefor low on cholesterol) would benefit the prevention of gallstones. Which is the diametrical opposite of what is required. I missed that bit of interpretation and advice from your side. We don't want to confuse people even more than necessary, in their already contradictory quest for health. The reason that gallstones occur more often in women than in men is also pretty clear. We owe this to the women's magazines and other media, which have been promoting low-fat (and low-salt) diets for decades. Most women abhor fat as a result. 'Fat makes you fat,' right? Thanks for our little discussion. Keep up the good work!
@@Lamz.. thank you for your response. Cholesterol is one of three potential causes to forming stones (as I mentioned ) In the case you mentioned if not enough fat in the diet results in bile not being excreted and it’s the remaining cholesterol that can form crystals (stones). However, like you I agree cholesterol gets a very bad press and covered that in this post: czcams.com/video/QziJ60uqI-U/video.htmlsi=OCy-lgteXCAA1TW5

Great video and even I understood it ! I have gallstones and the pain during an attack is horrendous. Have decided not to have it taken out yet, let’s see if the carnivore woe helps 😃
There are some no operational treatments available ?
@@theprimallifestyle The second to last attack I had, I was taken to hospital in an ambulance. They said I had one large stone and half a dozen very small ones. I was booked to have the operation at a private hospital the NHS use and had to have an MRI. A few days before the MRI I had another really bad attack. I had the MRI and was told that the large stone wasn’t thee anymore. So I decided not to have the operation. They said I might never have another attack as the stones left are tiny but if they fuse together I might have to. Fingers crossed!
@@donna5847 I believe they do a shockwave treatment
@@theprimallifestyle I will remember that if I ever have another episode. I was only offered surgery and was being pressured to have it. I guess the NHS pay private hospitals a lot of money. So interesting I was a vegan for 16 years and ended up with terrible bowel problems- up to 20 stools a day - small- but even sometimes terrible uncontrollable diarrhea- sounds funny??? But totally disabling and well, awful. Changed eating habits - as I eliminated veg and fruit - it kept relieving my problems UNTIL- carnivore free and healthy - vegetables were obviously destroying my gut
That’s an incredible story and thank you for sharing. So are you fully carnivore now or a hybrid version?

Removing animal cruelty from your plate is the single most impactful way to stop environmental devastation and global warming. Animal Agriculture is the leading driver of human induced cruelty, pandemics, climate change, poor health, deforestation, water depletion, habitat loss, species extinction and world hunger. We're literally eating ourselves to extinction. Over 80 billion land animals are killed every year and suffer incomprehensible cruelty before a horrific death to needlessly feed selfish, arrogant carnivores with no moral integrity. The vast majority of these land animals are fed field crops. These field crops include all varieties of wheat, barley, corn, oats, rye, canola, flaxseed, soybeans, dry peas, lentils, dry beans, chickpeas, mustard seed, canary seed, and sunflower seed. Just 55 percent of the world's crop calories are actually eaten directly by people. Another 36 percent is used for animal feed. 77% of the world's soy is fed to livestock for meat and dairy production, while less than 10% of soy bean crops are used for human consumption. One of the biggest drivers of deforestation is agriculture. Farmland expansion is responsible for 90 percent of deforestation around the world, including crops grown for both human and animal consumption, as well as the clearing of forests for animal grazing. On its own, animal grazing accounts for 40 percent of deforestation. According to the 2021 report "Greenhouse gas emissions from animal-based foods are twice those of plant-based foods" published in Nature Food, the livestock sector is responsible for 20% of all human-caused GHG emissions and 60% of food system GHG emissions (twice that of plant-based foods). Livestock account for 37% of human-related methane production. Methane is important because it is a much stronger greenhouse gas. In technical terms, it has a higher global warming potential (GWP). Take all animal products off your plate as they are not only unnecessary, but unhealthy as well. Let's be the generation who gives a damn. Stop abusing animals for your taste buds! Go Vegan! Buy Vegan! If you eat meat, dairy, eggs and fish, not only are you putting your taste buds before incomprehensible animal cruelty, you're killing the planet.
Thank you for your contribution. Unfortunately the majority of what you say isn’t factually correct, but if that’s your opinion, then I respect your point of view although I don’t agree with you. For example the biggest killer of animals by a country mile is crop harvesting or don’t the mice, moles, rabbits, hares, birds, insects etc count? Or the fish and other water life that are killed when pesticides leak into the rivers? I agree many industrial farming practices are not perfect but technics like permaculture (where I source most of my meat) actually improves the quality of the soil and environment and provides the balance that nature needs. So no need to throw stones in glass houses. Methane argument doesn’t stand up! You are correct methane does go in to the atmosphere, however, over a period of time it converts to carbon and returns to the soil (in rain) and feeds the crop plants and grasses. The animals then graze on it so in fact it’s a recycling effect and not adding to GHG issue. I could go on but instead, as I say, I respect your point of view and will leave it there. If you want to further debate I’m Happy to do so and even have you live on this channel so you can make your point of view ?
Well done Ipswich! Glad you enjoyed your weekend Carl 🎉
Thank you my number one fan 😉
I’d like to see more like this. Quite helpful

Best to consult with a healthcare provider when changing your diet? Umm, they know absolutely nothing about diet and will most likely tell you to eat a diet high in carbs, low in fat and minimal red meat! I will most definitely never speak to a doctor about what to eat...
I get that Natasha, but this channel cannot provide medical advice to individuals as everyone has different circumstances and metabolic makeups. Whereas healthcare providers have access to people’s medical records. All we can do is make people aware and let them make more informed decisions. The knowledge around this lifestyle is spreading and more healthcare providers are seeing the results from it, so it is turning.
Absolved my brother Carnivore. The Carnivore way of life is about getting the good health to enjoy life and appreciate the finer things such as nearly zero carb Bushmills. The 18g of carbs per pint of Guinness is "informed consent". As for the dirty kebab, the tip is to buy a box of kebab meat without the pitta or salad. I do that about twice a year. Carnivore is and should be, FUN. Also if you continue to socialise you can spread the word more effectively down the pub. I have a whole load of Carnivore believers down the Tudor, including the low carb success who is Cora, she of 1.6k views on Carnivore Nation. Not to mention 3 new Carnivores at work. I start a new job today. Going back to a company where I was a fat metabolic mess. They will be shocked at the change and I look forward to telling 'em how I done it 🥩🍻🥳
