lol, i am on my 2 out of 3 client and have been getting attitude and no response. getting yelled at for not knowing how to do something and when i ask for coaching, they tell me to try it on my own and after i try it and do it wrong, i get spammed with the things i did wrong and that i need to be better. this video will hopefully help me understand ways to respond.

AI will make all accountants more efficient; hence, they will be capable of doing more work with the same effort, as part of their tasks will be automated. With a more efficient workforce, there will be fewer people needed on the market, and with fewer people needed, the competition for the job will be higher. In effect, the accountants, even though they become more efficient due to the implementation of AI tools, will be paid below the efficiency gain because of the job market competition. And you still need someone to be put to jail in case AI messes something up in taxes. You cannot put a computer into jail so I guess some positions are safe 😉

if people say it’s easy wouldn’t it be fine starting out remote? or very high skill and hard that you need a ton of experience first. I see many say it’s close to impossible to start remote but I figured there’d be remote jobs (although very competitive to get)

You have really great playlists and videos but i only found you after hours of watching and i nearly didnt click on the playlist. Im commenting because its a brill playlist and I think that theres a few points to think about that may help you reach more people. I have been watching YT videos on AI, ChatGPT and Accounting, Finance, and Auditing for about 12/13 hours a day for the last couple of months as I make a huge Accounting related playlist and add in things like new tech, AI, and other cool tech and tools that I think would be interesting and play it as I revise, study or do chores. Still, it has taken 7 hours of straight watching directly relevant videos to stumble across your playlist, and I only clicked on it when my computer jumped and I lost my queue, but didnt want to spend ages making another. The reason I didnt initially add the playlist was for a few reasons: 1) You cant read the entire playlist name when it pops up in recommendations. All you see is "Career advice - finance analysts, pro..." so it didnt really explain the playlist contents well and the chatgpt thumbnail made me think the entire playlist was about chatgpt. 2) It is worth looking into SEO to make your videos more friendly to the algorithm 3) Maybe cleaning up some of the editing Keep up the good work though because your content is actually really good, so sell it like it!

Don't ACA's audit work done by the internal accountants, in my 20 years experience, I've not seen an ACA who has any gravitas on the "True and fair view", they are students. Then ACA's move onto commerce / FS and have no idea.

I think AI will take ACA first, future statements are different, they'll be next after 20 years. Have you seen AI output? It's crap, so let's have a con ersation once we see a beta model.
