Spent one of the happiest years of my life in Salop (Ellesmere and Wem) and always look out for Shrewsbury's results. OK, as a Town born lad of course I wanted HTAFC to win, but from watching the highlights I don't think that was our best performance by any means, and The Shrews missed a couple of sitters (so did we mind!!).

Well played Shrewsbury. Deserved something out of that. We certainly rode our luck. Good luck for rest of season.

Fair play to the Shrews, had a few good chances in the game, we (HTAFC) weren't at our best but sometimes you just need to grind out a result, which we did. Decent following 👌

Fair play to Shrewsbury, solid fan base and certainly didn’t make thing easy for a good amount of the game however I think with some of our chances we should have put it to bed a lot earlier

In theory its not allowed unfortunately. I'd love to have game footage and take my proper camera in the ground. I can only take my phone camera atm until I get a decent small vlogging camera of good quality that's not a dslr camera or video camera.

I remember going there in the late eighties. It was possible to access the stadium via a path from the station platforms without having to walk through the town centre.

Good vid! Very interesting watch! With regards to the overhead shots, it would have been really good to see a semi-transparent image of the ground overlaid on top of the housing development to see how the two compare.

For me this is really interesting I think Shrewsbury is a really lovely town. Great place for football, I enjoyed following my club there. I like the new ground. The town reminded me of the Uk prior to the credit crunch! Great night life still

oh what memories, saw Arthur Rowley score h is record goal, saw us become league two champions there and get into what's now the championship, beating Everton in the FA cup, lovely little ground.
